How To Make Enchiladas

Hey Everybody!!! Today i made a quick and simple very delicious recipe, Chicken Enchiladas.. No need to fry for these enchiladas i wanted to show you can quickly make these in the oven and still come just or more delicious than frying. Give this recipe a try and let me know how it came out!!!

I guess it depends on what part of Mexico you/your family are from. I am a White guy that was trained by a Mexican Woman from Jalisco who taught me to fry the tortillas (as you suggested @ 4:19) after dipping them in the sauce (homemade sauce of course!) and rolling them with Chicken, diced white onion and Cojita. I do understand why you did the Oven bake method as a time saver and a finger blister saver! (rolling tortillas right out of the oil is uncomfortable!)

You left out the instructions on your written recipe. Also, can you change the format to a Word Document? I can't copy it cause it changes the format and I can't edit it for my Cooks Notes. Thank you!

probably cause that's just the way him & his family likes it, i love loading sour cream on my mexican food since i cant find crema in my town.
