Thank you!! Oaxacan cheese is awesome i havent had it in a while. I wish they would sell it where i live...Im glad to hear you tried one of my recipes i really appreciate it.. I actually just made corn tortillas the other day with that masa came out great..

+La Cocina Del Tavo Update: I tried the rellenos tonight. Awesome brother. They came out great, added a little cotija on top cuz Oaxacan cheese is so mild. I really liked what whipping the egg whites does to the batter. So light. Question: Do you think making the batter like that would work for traditional fish tacos or would it be too light?

DaTrooch I'm glad to hear they came out good! For fish tacos I wouldn't use this batter. I have a PERFECT recipe for fish tacos. If you watch the "Baja Fish Tacos" video, they will come out great!

Great recipe but your audio is all over the place. Voiceover is low but music is high

70-80 is kinda hot? o.O
