How to Make a SEA MONSTER // Resin Art // Polymer Clay

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I wanted to make something different this week, so I made a spooky sea monster and an unfortunate fisherman. It's a divergence from my usual tiny nerdy things, so let me know what you think in the comments! Do you like a little bit of originality? Or should this internet monkey stick to remaking other people's art?

@@NorthoftheBorder when the mold has a leak it really sucks. I never re -use the resin from the first mold because, as you have seen, it creates many bubbles. This was so cool, sea monsters are the best. I really like brad’s design- from the shape of his jaw to the overall chunky-ness. It’s great. And encasing them in a resin ocean looks so good!! I would love to see (sea?) some more ocean beasts some day!

Ngl the effect that the bubbles and botched resin make it look like the monster is moving so fast there is visual resistance from the water, which is super cool
