Normally, I feel like some bubbles in underwater resin scenes don't really detract from the piece overall, but I must admit there were a few unfortunate ones in this pour. But your fix with the red dye looked SO DAMN GOOD. I would wonder if you could replicate it on purpose it's so good.

As a marine biologist, I can confirm that your model represents the majestic Sharkasaurus Rex quite accurately. I think it is important to mention, that in addition to being an apex predator, the Sharkasaurus Rex is also well known for being surprisingly stealthy given its massive size, as well as regularly committing tax fraud. These resin pieces are always so well done. The bubbles always work out in the end for you, in this piece they add movement imo. The way in which the red resin dispersed throughout the blue resin is also very effective. Also, since the 'sharkasaurus' has no blood near its mouth, it can be inferred that this apex predator sometimes hunts for fun or simply to eliminate other predators.

My dude, this is so random and the sculp is so nice!!!! Awesome! And two small tips here: try making the form with less trim on the sides, and putting it to cure in a pressure pot/chamber, so that any bubbles inside the resin get squashed into imperceptible tiny sizes. The other one, try to seal the base and sculpture before you do any pours. Basically "painting" (quite a few methods to do the same, including just brushing it like paint) a relatively thin resin layer top of the sculpture and base and let it cure, displacing air as you apply it and trapping the rest inside the shell it becomes.

And thirdly, I actually love the air bubble underneath him! It gives the illusion that he's just crashed down on the other shark or brought his leg down onto it from above the water, and moved so fast the air bubbles haven't escaped from under him yet. The Sharkasaurus Rex evolved to live on land, and in the ocean. The bubbles are because he jumped into the water, onto his prey from above!! Incredible job. The Great White is my favorite sea creature of all time. You did it justice!

Idea: pouring coloured resin in stages is tricky because you get dividing lines, because you can't get the colour exactly right. Is it possible to mix the colour with only one part of the resin, then take a portion of that at a time to mix with the other part? Love your sculpture as always. He looks amazing❤

After so many failed resin pours, I'm starting to think you should try making a fake aquarium, like how they do it in museum displays. You did a pretty good job of saving this one, and the sculpting is amazing, as always, but it's a thought to consider.

Sharkasaurus Rex. Piscine Wyvern. 1218.2-1586.5cm. Resistant to water and dragon, vulnerable to thunder and fire. Though it lacks the world shattering hip checks of the Plesioth, it more than makes up for with staggering movement speed both on land and in water, as well as powerful lunging bite attacks. Armor Skills include Marathon Runner, Speed Eating, and Attack Boost
