looks delicious!!!!!! i bet they are a little crustier than croissants you usually see to make up for all the filling so they don't get too mushy/soft while waiting to be enjoyed by someone. i would love the difference in texture of the creamy filling and the crispy croissant!

팥 우유 필링이 들어가는 크루와상은 팥빙수 아이스크림 맛이 많이 났는데 팥빙수용 팥을 사용해서 그런거군요 반죽은 파우더 하나로 쓰는줄 알았는데 반죽이 두가지 생지가 들어가는거 보고 정성이 많이 들어 간 빵이구나 싶었어요 ㅎㅎ 시간을 들이다 너무 맛있어요
