Today we'll show you an exercise to improve your speed in just 30 days.
You're Watching AllAttack!
-- 30-Day Training --
Place two cones about 1 yard apart to create a gate. Next add two cones
about 25 yards away from the gate, forming a triangle. Finally, add a cone
about 5 yards from each corner.
Begin at the gate. Sprint as fast as you can to the right corner, then back
to closest inside cone, then to the other inside cone, then to the left
corner, and back to the gate.
Remember to practice the exercise in the other direction, sprinting to the
left corner first, and then through the remaining cones.

Do this exercise once a day in each direction the first week, twice a day
the second week, and 3 times a day for the rest of the month.
Track your improvement by timing how fast you can complete the course. By
the end of the month, your speed should show improvement.

I managed to complete this drill in 11.3 seconds.

So how many repetitions would count towards doing this? Should we run each side once, or like 5 times?

I'd say do it till you are tired, then do one more, then break for 30 seconds and repeat

I did this 6 times the first day and I was on the 14 seconds and then did it again on the second day and I was on the 12 seconds. So this works for sure

How much space is needed in meters between the cones? I tried 23m --> 4.6m on each side in that formation. My 13 yr old used 18.14 seconds the first time. His goal is to use between 12-13 seconds after 30 days of training like this 👍 will update after finishing this challenge ⚽
