Honest and truthful video as always. (From hard to easy) Consistency->Routine->Habit pattern is the way to go for long term fitness goals.

Not really , I am a retired drug interdiction Pilot , most days my shift was 2200-0600, 10pm-6am so I would do a similar routine at 6pm before going to work, just figure out a way. Good luck.
Love the morning routine stuff. I still watch the old morning routine video from brandon. Good motivation knowing others are out putting in the work during the early AMs
you guys helped me so much in 2019. fell off the wagon back to square one but it's great to see you guys are still around! I'll be buying a cookbook forsure
I'm up at 4AM pretty much everyday for a year now. Love it! Love the channel!
According to Doctor Andrew Huberman, Stanford neuroscientist and buff dude, we should wait at least 60-90 minutes between waking up and having coffee. I can tell you that after about 2 months of delaying my morning coffee by about an hour, I've seen less stress and better energy levels throughout the day.

@@logiclanguagelearningFrench Can't disagree, but I've made this change and my energy levels have been much better overall. That said, I turn on my dishwasher first thing in the morning in order to make myself wait :]]

Love the way the video keeps it real. Instantly reminded me of my younger brother and my gym bud both of whom are now at long distance and its been ages that i have exercised. and the kid thing is absolutely on point as well. Phew vid made me want to get things back on track.
Currently doing the 12 week plan and having a blast. Been here supporting the channel since the beginning and love you guys!
Great to see you back boys your both a great motivation tool looking forward to seeing more 💪🏻🤙🏻
Been following these dudes for years. Much respect ✊🏾
More "routine," for the rest of what you guys tend to do, if possible, would be awesome! Thank you for this. I personally have always had trouble following a routine. This I hope will help improve that.
Definetly like this and would like to see more of how you guys battle the everyday stuff and still find the shortcuts or times to get the work in. Honestly that’s my biggest setback if I could get that in check I would be a lot better off.
Happy Halloween Buff Dudes! Thank you for the perfect video to watch as I’m eating breakfast before the gym, trying to perfect my morning routine!

I have a habit of picking up my phone in the morning and it really ruins my mornings and interrupts my sleep. So I have been trying to break the habit recently. Thanks for all the advice over the years.
8 years later theses dudes didn’t change at all. Amazing, I am definitely starting watching you guys again! Very motivational video
This is awesome!!! I love your sense of humor. The American Psycho references are so perfectly crafted, including the cinematography. Buff Psycho!!!

someone should really have like a full routines website or something where all of these are put into some sort of blog that would be pretty cool you could be like routineguy great work really good video
This is my first buff dudes video and I totally wasn't expecting this. That beginning and the twist was hilarious.
Do a video on sandbags. I just got Into them and I love it.
Having a morning routine is important. Took me 18 years in the military to realize that. Now wake up for gym at 4, eat first breakfast, gym, then second breakfast, then work. Having a routine and having gym plans is important my gym accountabilabuddy had to move so now it's all on me. Thanks buff dudes for the informative videos... they've definitely assisted me in improving my fitness!
Brilliant video respect YNWA brother
Great video!

Should make a video about training with a small guy or a hard gainer and have their perspective about their fitness journey. As always great video and very educational too

This vid is great, thanks ! at 69 i'm still looking for alternatives so as not to get frustrated, hard to gain when cannot digest protein well ,but NEVER GIVE UP ! thanks again.
Great video. I normally have my 2 young daughters come hang off me at 6.30 so before work I lift them up and use them as weights for farmers carry and some chest presses and bicep curls 🤣
Been on and off with the morning workouts for a while. The thing I struggle with is getting to sleep early. If I get less than 6hrs sleep, I wont go to the gym, because I personally need a decent amount of sleep. Its tough, but I'm going to just keep trying until it becomes a solid routine. Great video.

Nice bro. Your morning routine starts the night before with a good nights sleep. I struggle sleeping early too… but it’s a must. Nothing productive happens late at night anyways, midas we’ll get some sleep
This is the best video ever!
Good stuff. Thanks
I like that the video is realistic. Consistently good is better than being perfect once a week. One other reason I like morning workouts is because I can delay it to later in the day if something comes up. Can't do that if I plan for it in the evening. So planning things in the morning ensures I won't miss a workout.
This took me about a minute to clock the american psycho spoof. Thats how well it was done. Pissing myself laughing after that 😂 You guys are the best
I love buff dudes, they are the kind of guys we all need in our gym.
Very helpful as always
The skit at the start was great!
any videos on the warmup stretching?! my body is battered and torn from lifting/strenuous work. i've been doing about 10 or so minutes of some stretching before a workout but i can certainly use better techniques
Early morning training all the way for me 💪

Suggestions on work out routines if you’re doing construction hard labor work 5 to 6 hours and 3 times a week ( I do basement waterproofing) if that helps with any work out plans .
My routines are fairly set. I wake up at 6, make and eat breakfast and generally relax for a bit. At 6:45-7:15ish, i shower and get ready for work. I’m home by around 4:15, I workout afterwork, finish the workout by around 6:15 ish, then make dinner and plan my meals for the next day.

I recently revamped my morning routine to fit in a writing hobby and definitely delay or minimize the screen time when you wake up. I found for me (emphasis on that) I don't do well with a minute by minute break down for my routine but I do try to get everything within certain time windows to make sure I have some give in my schedule.
Rel " American Psycho" start up hahahahhaah... Buff dudes edition
Good stuff yo 🌜🇯🇪🌛
Stay Buffed, Patrick)))
I wish I could have a solid morning schedule, I’m usually busy with work or school and have to dedicate evenings for that stuff. I’m a huge morning person too, it sucks that it ends up taken up by work and such
Couldn't agree more. Morning scrolling is the real demon. I uninstalled all my social media except YT which I use mostly for long duration necessary content. It feels great.

This a great video I can use ion my days off. I work rotating 12's 7am to 7pm 2 weeks and then 7pm to 7am for 2 weeks. I am always trying to figure out ways to make things easier. The midnights kill me.
Was the beginning inspired by American Psycho?! Brilliant! Thanks.
I think there is a reference to American Psycho in the first minute of the video, I liked it a lot. Excellent video Buff Dudes.
Is that Dr. Squatch soap? Looks like one of their soap holders.
Dude that was hilarious in the beginning 😂
I dont do workouts in the morning as i dont really have the capacity for that (sharing a small space with someone, no gym thats open that early etc) but i looooove to run first thing in the morning, it can be a real fight to put on the running shoes etc. but the bursting through those few Kilometers (or honestly even Meters), being hot and actually enjoying a cold shower afterwards is something i wouldnt want to miss.... also it saves the Time that i would spend running right after the workout, so i have around 30 - 45 mins more after Work for myself and my hobbies.
Great! You say do it automatically and be consistent, thats the main thing
A little hack for people that struggle getting on their phone first thing in the morning is to charge it over night on your dresser or some table on the other side of the room. You can even go a step further and leave it in on your desk or in your kitchen and just buy an alarm clock.
Wow the hair is sick. Viking vibez😀
