Been going through it mentally this week. This helped me remember that mood follows action, in all areas of life. I struggle to maintain that calm demeanor. Exercising out demons is what I'm really doing in the gym. Getting back to it. I hope everyone else here on their journey is doing well. Thanks Merk. I’m glad this piece could help at all. I haven’t always been as calm as I am now, but what’s has helped me is to remind myself that whether things are great, things are bad, or maybe they’re in between… the time will always pass. From there it’s just about deciding the man I want to become going through it all.

This was raw af. The amount of solitude and focus you need to achieve something great is what is required… it’s not always glamorous and you unapologetic demonstrated it so well
