There was a time where families got up, made breakfast together, and sat down as a family together. Nowadays, dad goes and workouts, mom gets the kid up, dad feeds kid, mom goes and does her thing. Wow awesome perspective of an ideal marriage and life. LOL........Duded seems really type A like if he doesn't have his morning routine and nuances daily he'll melt down and rage! LOL.

@MStar10 I am not a big morning person, especially in the winter. Winter running transitioned to night runs after putting the kids down at 8. It just worked better for me. Find the time that works best for you and prioritize it. Consistency and routines are a powerful thing. Best of luck!
Man I just want to say how proud of you I am. I’ve been following you since your time in Korea and man I know you must’ve been through a lot being sleep deprived ,working so many hours, the stress of owning a business but damn watching this video and your wife taking care of your daughter is just so amazing.
love that the video includes steph now, really diffrent vibe than the deployment routines.
Nick, Thank you for all the videos and all this wonderful information. You'll probably never even see this but here it goes any ways. I am brand new to this "hybrid athlete" training and I have to say, I absolutely love it. You have been such a great tool for me to get started and I use A LOT of your information in my own training. I was a fat old veteran at 341 lbs when I started in the summer. I couldn't even run because it hurt my knees and back too much. Now I'm down to 274 lbs and I run 5 miles almost every single day. I watch a lot of your KZread stuff just so I can get insight to how I can incorporate this hybrid training into my own training and new lifestyle. Right now I'm currently at a sub 10 mile and I am trying to improve that sub 10 by utilizing some zone 2 training. I also lift M-F. I lift in the mornings and run late afternoon. It's what works with my schedule the best. I'm also big on calories and my macros, I know your not a huge macro chaser but, since I am trying to lose fat and build muscle in a calorie deficit I find it very important that I am tracking my intake. I'm currently eating about 2600 cals a day and burning about 32/3700 a day, according to google fit. I try to eat 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% healthy fats. I ensure that I eat ZERO sugar and I do not waste calories on junk. Every time I'm in the gym I am always going one more. One more rep, on more set. And I will continue to go one more when it comes to my running. Next week I will add 1 more mile to all my runs and will keep doing so until I can hit that 10 mile mark. My goal is to run a half marathon next year at a sub 10 mile. Thank you for all the information and inspiration in your videos! Keep going one more and I will do the same. Thank you! -Will Vaughn

Can’t believe how underrated Nick Bare still currently is. I personally feel like the Hybrid Athlete life has become more recently popular within the years, and for me he is the foundation of setting the standard.
Content like this makes me think of how much of a benefit having some sort of routine not only as a individual life perspective, but helps so much building a fundamental life/ family to make it work not only for a few years but a lifetime
Nick inspired me to start running about about a year ago and start a KZread channel. The grind don’t stop.
My wife just gave birth to our 2nd Son Thursday evening. Watching this from the hospital waiting for discharge. I’m wanting to go get after it when I get home. Thanks for the content Nick! Keeps the fire goin!

This family has improvised, adapted, and overcame obstacles as a single unit. Everyone gets what they are after by working together. This is what family is about this is what The Go One More slogan is teaching. Keep working and soon Go One More will be a household name.
Been watching for few years I cried seeing Charlie eating for personal reasons but remember the first video when u showed your daughter the first time I'm inspired and happy for you king keep up great work much love ❤
Man I've watched this guy start as a 2nd Lt with that soft spot still on his head to the beast he is now. Keep it up, Nick.
Good to see you doing all this after all these years. As a trainer i feel your a great ambassador to the triathlon/fitness lifestyle.
Wasn't looking for any of this, but stayed til the end because the content was great. Nice videography (esp the post-run kitchen/cooking shots), nice musice... nicely done all around. Kudos!

Merry Christmas BPN. Thank you for the Inspiration.

Awesome, man!!! I felt highly motivated from watching this high performance family routine with a little touch of cuteness! God bless you and your family!!!
Listening to “Do Hard Things” myself. Good stuff.
Thank you for sharing your routine; congratulations on your beautiful family! I appreciate all of the advice. Happy holidays to you and your family!
Awesome man! Looking forward to producing a life similar to you in the next couple years.
Nick I'm curious about these super early mornings - I've been doing the same recently and I'm definitely a morning person - but struggle with awake hours and bedtimes with friends/family when i'm sleeping at 9/10pm - getting up to workout before everyone is up. Would be good to see an evening/night routine/ sleep protocol. keep doing what you're doing man. killing it!
I’m so sick of perfect families from “influencers”. The kids sleep all night long, never throw tantrums. Work is never too busy. Life looks so easy and make all of us here on the other side feel miserable
as a dad of 2 it was cool to see, would have loved to see how you continue your day from here
I've been watching your videos and using some of the BPN products for a few years now. Great advice and motivation as I've worked through a couple Ironman's and a hand full of marathons. Love the content and welcome to the "Training Dad" family. It's a fun juggle, but you're killing man.
I've always wanted to be a father, and a good role model too my children. But this video, including the footage of your wife and charlie, made me want to do that so much more. Keep it up Nick.
Great job family! Way to live by example and collaborate for a healthy lifestyle. Your daughter has great foundation for life.
Best morning routine video I’ve seen. First I’ve seen with the family included. Highly-relatable. Easy to think family obligations get in the way of staying fit / personal pursuits, but how backwards is that. They are the way. Thanks for sharing!
Awesome video! Post military lifestyle/family goals right there man! God bless 💪
Would appreciate some content about the books you’ve been reading, Nick. I generally take notes when you talk about books as I tend to read similar things.
Excellent as always. I try to incorporate most of the things Nick does to my daily routine. Been following this man’s life for years. Great role model.
I love that you help your wife out so she can work out as well! Setting a great example to your kid!

Live this kind of routine videos, day in the life videos, its great. Tks man
Nice work Nick. You've inspired me to do some vids of my morning routine 👍I'm older (62) but fit and strong and my routine is 'similar' to yours but focuses more on supps and protein first thing then gym workouts mixed with stretching. I also like the early mornings. Never used to but now I am a true fan. Private time, no phones or other "to do's" just me time to get my stuff done. And by 7.30 I'm done - fuelled, trained and focussed.

@@MStar10 - Pray it all goes well! Some items are that I have focused on getting up early for runs or running later (after bedtimes). Also, for my shorter/easy runs I stack a 30-45 minute high intensity lift after the run. Lastly, being flexible is something I learned early, I accept that my long run may get pushed from Saturday to Sunday depending on the family’s needs/desires. Hope that helps a bit. Blessings! PS: I am blessed with a full hour for lunch and gym at work. So any opportunity I get I try to squeeze in a run on the tread, a stationary bike ride, or quick lift. Look for those opportunities if you can. 😊
Nick I know social media doesnt portray the hard times you go through and we don’t see it all. But i see a man whose an absolute badass, is a hardworking business owner. Whose building an empire, but still makes time for his family. You have an amazing wife and an adorable daughter, your move to Nashville and everything youve done recently’s put you in an amazing spot and I can’t wait to see what life brings you. I’ve been following you since you lost your phone in Korea. And the man your becoming and the family your building is my dream. Keep rocking on man!!!

Didn't realize you guys moved to Franklin! We just visited 2 months ago and my ears perked when I heard "Frothy Monkey." Moving to Founders Pointe in June!
That is awesome! the planned switch off is a great setup! I think planning can help resolve most issues.
Major major major W to your wife man. I can tell she makes your life very peaceful.
Should add role model to that list. Great work
18 months has zapped by! wow amazing!
See as a runner I admire your discipline. But I could never have that discipline when it comes to nutrition. I LOVE food. I eat and respect my body but I don't wanna be coming up with concoctions for nutrition. Give me fajitas, give me bbq. We only live once and I don't wanna deprive myself of such things.
Creating a schedule and tag teamming is so important as parents of young children. I am not a morning person, but lunch time works best for me and helps reenergize me for the rest of the day. Other fitness tips, I would say is to have a treadmill or bike trainer in front of your tv. You do not have to be a super athlete, but walking for 30 minutes to an hour while watching a game or your favorite tv show helps so much with fitness.
I actually laughed out loud when the camera fell in the beginning lol
Amazing video and message for all people like want to change their life!, tank you for share us your life style, you're a inspiration!

these routines only seem to work for the "instagram" families. People in the real world don't have the time. Getting the kid ready for school and taking him to school, a day of work, then home trying to put them to bed, then cleaning up the kitchen, laundry, getting ready for the next day leaves about 7 hours to sleep. Wish I had the time.
@dbaldwinify

No you can. Its called sacrifice for a reason. I will give up an hour and a half to make sure I get my personal goals in before my wife and kids wake up. I work late hours and don't sleep much. However I have goals and I don't care and not going to just complain. People do want they want. End of story. You want your 7 hours and that's fine.
