I have been watching Sonal's few videos, specially the ones for 'Salary Negotiations'. I must heartedly thank her for the advisory. This is pure-gold from her experience of sitting through so many candidate interviews and negotiations. Most of her videos are perfectly crafted with a summary acronym. Relished each of your videos for fortifying my positioning and profile-branding. Keep up the great work! You are actually letting thousands of candidates harness better satisfaction and worth of their work.

Great post Sonal, some helpful tips. I seem to get interviews without issue but struggle at that stage. I get very nervous which results in them not developing confidence in me. If you could do something around that, that would be fab. Also difficult questions...and also how to change your field in mid life (I'm 44) as this is something I am considering. How to break into a new field without doing volunteering (due to needing money to feed the family)... thanks!

I like your videos very much, and am very thankfull and gratefull to u for uploading them, despite alll the trouble you face and time it take.I really appreciate all your effort honestly. There is just this little issue in your videos i wanna address , the introductory sound in your video is too loud unlike your normal conversation sound level. Its a bit annoying when we are watching your video with our headphones on, and this sudden fluctuation in volume or loudness throws us off and we have to adjust it every time in every video.

appreciate your feedback. Yes, am aware of the sound issues, and apologise to your ears. This is a video from 2019 and i've improved my editing skills since then.
Request you to keep your intro music sound aligned with the video

Don't the accountability of exploring candidates best abilities lie with the recruiter.

It lies with both in my opinion! It’s a two way street. The candidate is also checking it the company is right for them.
