Very nice video! It is very important for any person to find something to strive for and fight for no matter what the circumstances. Once you set the right goal for yourself, making decisions will be easy and fun. What used to seem like an excruciating chore will turn into an enjoyable activity. Go where your labour will be needed! Go where there is money and where your work will be decently paid! Sooner or later you will have to co-operate with people of different nationalities and cultures. To make your business successful, you should learn a foreign language. I would like to recommend to you Yuriy Ivantsiv's workshop "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips on learning foreign language". This book will help you to structure and organise your individual language learning process, will give you the opportunity to independently determine the methodology of language learning, which will become interesting and unburdensome. In this amazing book everyone will find a lot of useful information: how to learn foreign languages, how to memorise information, how to deal with culture shock, what to pay attention to when travelling to another country. I am convinced that the book "Polyglot Notes" should be in the bag of every business person, school and college student, and tourist. The most important thing is that the book gives a good motivation. Don't be afraid to do something to realise your dreams! If people realised that fears have no connection with reality, everyone would live a much better life. Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video. Your videos motivate me and give me new ideas!
Money loves me and Universe is always proving me new positive ways to earn more money.

Hey Need your guidance. I said that i was fine with the budget range during hr and technical round. But after i got selected i got to know that the salary offered is lower than industry standards. They havent given me the offer letter yet. Shall i call the hr and try to negotiate. Please reply

Very useful video, thankyou 💕✨
Ani r u ok , r u ok ani ?
wow, so consistent. doing for 4 years is insane.
This is true. I had the opportunity to get a permanent job with the company and also raise (after passing probation period), but the problem with that was that on paper, I did not have 'enough' experience. What helped was that I showed in my probation period that not only I do the job great, but also do it with passion, and this got recognised and rewarded. So attitude and passion is much more important than a piece of paper. If this is not enough for that company, then that company is not for you because it takes vision to see the potential in new employees. If that vision is lacking or missing, you will never get recognised and appreciated in full potential.
I’m SO sorry. I’m at the airport and I recorded this a few minutes before leaving home, and an important lesson learnt: you may have done this for almost 5 years, but ALWAYS check audio settings. Pffffff I will likely re-record this, I had some good questions. My apologies.
Thank you, thank you a lot
You are welcome!
I wish all HR 90% jobs taken by AI, do you agree 🇮🇳Youths, enough of getting bullied when egoistic puppets ask, tell me your last CTC, drfaults and frauds in PF Pension transfers, asking last CTC, its illigal 🔍⚖️🇮🇳
In India, nit sure why HR pressurize in last CTC when I don't want time share my CTC and their is not mentioned by HR ministry 🇮🇳
Supercharged again 😊

"petrified" exactly how I feel, I'm crashing emotionally so hard, I feel like crying every morning because it has become such a hard decision and I'm also very scared of picking the phone and burn the bridge for the first offer I already accepted! all this within 3 months of being laid off from a 6 year job. It has been very hard to navigate.
I wish you peace, and hope this video helped a little!
Go back to work. You work for THEM. DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO.
not everyone can work in a traditional office set up. Those caring for elderly parents or infants who can't afford to outsource the care, those with visible and invisible disabilities. Those who live in job 'desert' locations. There's not ONE approach. I agree, being in person can really help your career to move forward. But everyone has unique needs.
