Thank you for all your videos they are very helpful ❤
I had so much anxiety in doing negotiations last year when i lost my job. I had nothing but I used the same approach and negotiated 10% more than it was offered😂. Expecting another negotiation soon this week.
Thank you it just worked as a motivation for me keep doing🎉❤
Yes 🙌🏼 keep moving forward!
Hi Sonal Mam, may I know how can I get connected with you for a interview training and how much does it cost?
Negotiating is my friend!
It definitely is! Thanks for watching till the end!!
ur advice is litteraly amazing !
Thank you! ☺️
Hi, the content is amazing and very informative I really appreciate it sincerely. However, just a recommendation kindly make the filler music in beginning, in between and after the video lower in volume and suitable for the ears. I noticed that music in fillers in the videos is too loud and often times listener get freaked out. The volume when you speak is just perfect, just a recommendation there's just a need for music adjustment on music fillers all through out the video to make it more suitable for ears. Overall I really love your videos just except the loud music. Thank you for sharing your wisdom ❤❤
I wish no HRs watch this video and strategize new plans to tackle this kind of approach from the interviewee. 🤣
do they really gonna give the role they mentined in jd ?
Wonderful video
@SuperChargeYourself Ive been on different job websites, for government/city jobs in my area. Ive noticed that the email to Human Resources is on some of those sites. Do you recommend a potential candidate reaching out via email? Maybe the email would say "i noticed this job opening, i look forward to a potential opportunity in this role..." What do you think someone should do to land a government job? Thank you for this helpful video. ❤
Nothing wrong with connecting with people for a role you've got your eye on! If you want a more detailed answer join me when I go live every Friday here on KZread at 2pm CET :)
I was going to leave my job when a new manager comes to our project. He was a micromanager. He intensified my desire to leave that company even faster.
I hope everything worked out for you!
You have any advise for people, age 60, to consider a new job opportunity, or not and stick around and retire. The goal could be earn less maybe but have somethi g new to do, travel, and or learn new stuff. What people do on an average? Do you have data to show people have moved jobs? Thanks in advance.
😂

My company has recently been making sales training mandatory, and I wasn't really interested. Now I'm realizing that people who can win new business are the ones who will make more money.
Sales training is VERY helpful, and those lessons stick. Take it!!!
Good to see you here mam
True
Rightly said
I followed all the tips and the HR sounded very irritated and she said she will come back. So trusting God and waiting.....
Maybe it's because she's finding it difficult to take advantage of someone who knows their worth!
100% true
Negotiating is my friend. Thank you for sharing your experience and tips for Nego.
Hi Sonal Mam, I have been following your videos for couple of months. It's awesome.
Hi Sonal from India ❤
Hello 😊 how’s it going?
Power from the Philippines
Let’s gooooo 💪🏽
Power
Yes 🙌🏼 thanks so much for taking the time to watch roll the end!!
I’m retired so don’t need the info but those searching I don’t know how you’ll find out what competing candidates have or don’t have🤔
Good point. Often times we are told they hired someone because they have x,y,z skill. Good to know what that is. And sometimes, competing candidates can be within our own network. Competition isn’t necessarily a bad thing, they show us there’s demand for folks like us. Hope this helps!
Subscribed. Full faith that I can show any employer my value within 3 months :) AND, Ill definitley be asking for the negotiation meeting on Thursday :)
Happy you’re here and good luck for this Thursday! Let us know how it goes!
Hi Sonal how r u? It is an amazing video and I am lucky to get to watch this video. I would love to join the company u r with and very serious. I don't know how to get in touch with u.
I hope you are doing good as well! Join me when I go LIVE every Friday on KZread at 2pm CET and let's chat!
Does employer verify or inspect about our previous salary??? Does organization share salary details of employee with other organization in background cheque??
Trusting the process is huge. I'm using journal called Job Search Notebook by Guru Notebooks for my stuff. It helps at times.
I have the two offer situation. The second offer i got only a week before joining. I reached out to first one and tried to have them match the second offer because I genuinely want to join the first one. Not ideal. I know. But it happened even if I didn’t intend. The first company said they will not be able to accommodate this request. I am ok if they keep the same offer. I feel bad bringing this up to first company and it feels now kinda of a sour experience. Should I still join the first one after this conversations or just skip to second because i may have ruined the onboarding experience with first one and might have consequences later down the line?
That is definitely an interesting situation! Join me when I go LIVE every Friday on KZread at 2pm CET and let's review your case in better detail :)
This is very useful information. Great content! I currently received an offer which is 17K lower than my previous salary. This job also requires me to relocate to another country with a much higher tax rate and living expenses. So my net income will be significantly reduced. I was trying to figure out if it is appropriate to bring up this concern to HR when negotiating the offer? Many thanks for any insights you can give.
So glad this is useful!
Thank you Sonal. Your advice was really helpful and I was able to negotiate my total comp and increase it by 22K. I was actually shocked when they finally did agree. And funnily, I was confident throughout the process as I expected the twists coming my way. This video of yours is GOLDEN. It's crazy how fool proof it is. Thank you so much once again. You've instilled so much confidence wrt salary negotiation for so many people here and I'm happy to be one of em :)
So glad this work has been helpful. Wish you the best Sachin!
Negotiating is my friend
That was extremely helpful - thank you!
So glad this was helpful! Thanks for watching and happy negotiating!
Only whites are allowed to negotiate their wage. The rest of us are told how much they are willing to pay us which is very little bellow poverty wage
Dear Sonal, thankful for the practical tips that you have given ..very well explained👏👏 Abhishek
So glad this was helpful! Thanks for watching and happy negotiating!
If the employer already posted the salary range in the job description can I ask more than range based on my experience
Thank you for the great question! Join me when I go LIVE every Friday on KZread at 2pm CET and let's talk about a good strategy for this!
Hello mam. I'm applying for a job and have received an offer from one company. I've applied to another company as well. During the initial interview call, the HR asked about my current salary and salary expectations. Is it good to mention the offer I have, along with my current salary and expected salary?
Hello mam
Hi 👋
