Oh my! I got two offers recently: Offer A, lower pay but the role excites me and i can picture myself growing much better. Offer B, higher pay higher position therefore i expect more stress, more pains, more burnouts. I chose the first one. Though that's around 25% paycut but I chose to live the kind of life that i wanted.

I watched all your tutorials, and it is super effective, thus this is true, I got two job offers with the same salary and both have lucrative benefits. I can say, knowledge is important, but enchancing it with strategy can maximize the output.

Thank you for sharing your valuable knowledge. It helped me so much I have to make a decision by April 17, 2023. And it revealed aspects that I couldn't break down on my own, and if I didn't watch this video I would not be able to overcome the stress of this decision making...and even after I asked my family or friends for advice it still didn't help me... make a decision that obviously I have to make on my own but I want to thank you so much for sharing this wonderful video because it really did help me the way you explained it, the breakdown of what really matters long term. Hesitation is defeat, defeated by your monkey mind, first available one you choose is the right one, once you hear "but" in you mind stop and return to first option. Pay close attention to what i say, it will save you a lifetime of stress over decisions. Key words to remember, first lead, first firm decision, the available, first shown. Remember , what is right for you is the thing that naturally came to be in your life. Spiritual people call it the middle way, the way with no friction. If you live this way your energy will multiply because its no longer spent second guessing. Life is a serious of tests and events that help you become more self aware and self fulfilled, if you second guess you will disrupt the flow and linear prgress. Instead of joy of living and gradually progerssing you will spend it stressing over what ifs.

Hello. Any advice on a current job being more tolerable/comfortable now and is commission based and a job offered that pays more and pays hourly. But that I will end up working longer hours?? I also am eligible on a list for a future law enforcement agency. But that will take longer.

"petrified" exactly how I feel, I'm crashing emotionally so hard, I feel like crying every morning because it has become such a hard decision and I'm also very scared of picking the phone and burn the bridge for the first offer I already accepted! all this within 3 months of being laid off from a 6 year job. It has been very hard to navigate.

What about location? Rent? Cost of living. What if you have two offers same money but one place is good, the company has a bad reputation but rent and houses are cheaper . The other is busy and dirty and not great but the company has great reputation but the house prices are rediculously high. Which one would you choose. Atm my friend can't at all decide.

Location is indeed a deeply personal decision. I think your friend needs to put all these factors together and weigh them according to their own preferences and priorities. Busy, dirty and expensive.. don’t rank high in my book, but that’s me

I wasn't working for 3 months I got a job and 1 week later a temp agency said they had a higher paying job at the same hospital my doctor works. All my friends said go for it. I told the temp agency I can't take days off work at my new job. I asked will this hospital job be a guarantee she said yes. I get to the place and she ask me if I was still interested after I quit my job just to be there. Well!!! She calls me in the evening and said the hospital gave the job to someone else. I have over 4 other interviews but Lost my other job for taking the day off for this temp agency that lied .

@@SuperChargeYourself well thank God I got my job back but the supervisor been on me ever since I came back. But I believe it's more so because I'm not paying him attention due to the fact I feel bad because he was trying to be friends before that happened.

I'm so confused , im in the same dilemma and need your opinion. . I got job offer last week for job A and took the position. This week i got an offer for job B which pays more, about $7k more a year. Job A is a hybrid schedule that works 2 days in the the office while Job B is hybrid schedule but have to work 4 days in the office. Job A has better medical insurance benefits than job B. I was working for job B previously for 4 years so i have seniority there if i take that while Job A is a brand new company. With all those factors said, which one would you take, Job A or B ????

I'm in a bit of a predicament... The recruiter said I had to make the decision to accept the offer by this morning. As I had no other offers at the time I accepted. But now another offer has just come in that I really want... what should I do?

The first lead is the right one. The easy option that show up in your life is the correct option You will learn after years of applying this that life is easier than you thought it is. Is just stubborness and ruminating that makes life difficult.
