How To Fix Consew 255RBL-25 when seized up Part1
This is Part 1 of several videos. This shows how to fix the machine when the fly wheel and the needle won't move at all. The problem happens when the tail end of the thread gets stuck between the bobbin case and the housing that it spins in.

Thank you SO MUCH for making these videos!! I have a consew 7360rb1 and I had the same issue. Fixed it with your method (similar enough.) thank thank you
Thanks for the video I learned a lot watching it im very thankful for your through walk thru.
When that happend to mine, I just take the three teeny, tiny screws off the collar, lift the collar off and then gently pry the bobbin out with a scewdriver. The culprit thread is inbetween the bobbin and the casing. So no removing the bobbin shaft, feeddogs or pressure foot. I do put papertowels all around to keep the screws from getting lost and use a magnitized scewdriver.
Thanks So Much!
Just a suggestion but if you try magnetic screwdrivers, it will help a bunch. Thank for video!
The only time they jam is if you roll your own bobbins because it wasn’t tight enough just buy the prefilled bobbins and you will never have this problem again. Also if when you are at the end of what you’re sewing just sew into a little 2 inch by 1 inch scrap and cut the thread in between so u don’t have to hold the thread right when u start your next run
OMG I'll never be able to do that and I bought one of these machines. Tears....
