The only time they jam is if you roll your own bobbins because it wasn’t tight enough just buy the prefilled bobbins and you will never have this problem again. Also if when you are at the end of what you’re sewing just sew into a little 2 inch by 1 inch scrap and cut the thread in between so u don’t have to hold the thread right when u start your next run

When that happend to mine, I just take the three teeny, tiny screws off the collar, lift the collar off and then gently pry the bobbin out with a scewdriver. The culprit thread is inbetween the bobbin and the casing. So no removing the bobbin shaft, feeddogs or pressure foot. I do put papertowels all around to keep the screws from getting lost and use a magnitized scewdriver.

Just a suggestion but if you try magnetic screwdrivers, it will help a bunch. Thank for video!
