8:40 this is why I love these videos, I got so into the "serious mode" that I missed the joke entirely until you called back on it, then it got 10x more hilarious than it probably would've been.

I was searching this for months but didn't get a suitable tutorial. They just used to directly start rending, without any explanation or tips. But thanks to you, draw like a sir, the life saver.
Perfect timing when i just watched your muscle tutorial last night lol, good video sir
Had an art block, even after drawing for more than 8 years in classes etc. I've never had more progress this fast after watching your videos, my drawings improve drastically! Thank you very much good sir. Your like my best friend.

It’s really crazy how art block makes me forget how to draw completely. There was a drawing I was about 70% done with and I can’t figure out how to draw a fist in this certain angle. This has led to me not being able to draw anything for almost a year to the point that I feel like my skills have regressed. Ive just been starring at this unfinished drawing forever.
The more you upload the more I learn. There is always something to learn in every one of your videos
Who here watching this because of kentaro Miura's work berserk🙋🏻♂️

I honestly have to say your tutorials have helped me fall in love with art again, there was a point where I was uninspired to draw with the peers around me being much more skilled but your videos have helped me get into the right mindset to get better. I just wanted to let you know that you have helped me so much.
5:18 got me XD Sir, you made mah day thank you for this video. I'll see to cross hatching digitally
Man i freaking love this guy, he's so funny. I use his tutorials a lot, and let me tell ya, nothings better than laughing while learning, haha! Love the work you do, keep up the great work, Marcel.👌
This is perfect! I've always wanted to cross hatch the way you do. I can't wait to see the inking video too if your going to upload that one! ❤ Thank you again so much for all of your videos! Truly super helpful!! 🥰❤
Man i love these videos everytime I get a notification from this channel I just get excited Pls keep up the great work I'm subscribed and I left a like
This man is funny and basically a art teacher.
These tutorials are fantastic. I started art at 25 around my birthday and I just had my 27 last week. Your videos have been a part of why I have progressed so quickly. Just 2 years in at a very casual pace with days to weeks between serious cycles of practice and people think I've been practicing art for several years - many of them artists themselves. This isn't to brag on me, I don't have time for crap tutorials when I'm trying to get the most bang for my time spent and I keep coming back to your channel to see what you've made because your topics, presentation, and personality make learning simple and fun. Keep it up Marcel!
Your toutorals are better then what my art teacher teaches me and I like your accent
when i decide to start my art journey almost 5 months ago, youtube recommended me your "how to draw bodies", since then always happy to see your videos! i improved a lot(i hope) thanks to you Marcel, many thanks ♥
I have been searching for this kind of tutorial and this is so good, it's well explained, pretty helpful, it improved my artwork. I will recommend this channel to my friends to improve their artwork, Thank you for everything you taught me. Keep it up :D 😍.

If I was stroheim in JOJO. I would say. GERMAN ART IS ZE BEST ART.this is the best channel. I figured out how to draw muscles at age 12. Thanks to you bro. Thanks man. 👍🏾😎
I hadn't picked up a pen or pencil in close to 8 years. I decided to start a mural dedicated to MF DOOM After he passed last year. It came out amazing. A year passed and I was ready to start another mural. I couldn't get motivated though and was having trouble with common techniques I should've been familiar with already. But after stumbling on ur video about drawing head shapes and the human body video, u gave me so much inspiration to keep going, re-master my techniques and learn new ones, so I thank u my friend.
Best thing to happen to me last year is this channel popping up on my recommendation
I'm looking for this for a long time. Now I found it. Thanks man
Honestly I will subscribe and like every video I watch from now on cuz your videos are amazingly entertaining and educational. I mean, I don't even draw that much but just because of your personality and hardwork I'll do my best to support you!!
Ill start drawing today because of you. Ive been watching your content for a while and now I want to try for my self. Much love from Germany❤
Draw like a sir is one of the funniest people out there🤣🤣🤣🤣
The only chanel which i consider.. Giving the perfect tutorial just what i wanted.. This really helps me in drawing my artwork Great job marcell !!
let's go ive been waiting for this
Very informative. 10/10
ik im like a day late, but id really like to thank Draw like a Sir for not only helping me recognize my mistakes, but also give me inspiration for drawing my manga. my manga is almost done and its set to release next year or so...
Thumbs up indeed I really appreciate the 7 weeks of hard work on this video! 😊
Perfect timing Marcel. I had decided to learn cross hatching this year, I had even made a drawing for it but I was too insecure to try. Insane tutorial as always
i just love your work your my biggest inspiration to drawing manga and art work
This channel has taught me such a lot. I want to become a professional artist in the future after high school and have been worried about how to perfect my skills. I'm glad I found this channel.
Full support bruda from India ❤️❤️🇮🇳🇮🇳
Honestly i have liked this guy's most of the videos
These videos have an insanely good quality. Always love watching these! You are super talented!!
I've always wanted this kind of lesson 🔥🔥
Thank you draw like a sir for teaching me all of this i have learned a lot thank's to you !!
I had watched all your video and I have learned many things . Thanks draw like sir
The way you put things together, iiiii love it 💯🤟
Man, now that you mention it, sometimes Digital art using convenient tools can make it look unnatural. Thanks for bringing that up
Wow thank you for the toturials it realy help me😁☺️
Thanks for being such a great helping hand in times of need. (:
This was amazing like all your other of your videos! thanks for making all of these videos!
These videos are great even for primarily digital artists. I know an artist who does insanely detailed crosshatching sketch work that take hours all on his tablet. There might be tools that make things easy in digital art, but too many tools can take away that hand drawn feel which can make a drawing feel lifeless.
this was a very high quality tutorial! I could tell you put a lot of work into it. I'll be honest, I thought I was already subbed to you since I keep getting your new videos recommended anyway, but turns out I wasn't. I have now, but keep it up! You're very talented.
This guy can make any topic interesting, I really really like his tutorials💜
This video was super-helpful! Thank you Marcel!
I like how you draw the evangelion details✨
Now that's some quality content, very instructive and funny at the same time, wasn't bored a single second. Thank you sir 😀
You deserve so much more ✨ really informative guide love ur vids 💙
I love watching your vids they help me draw a lot keep up the good work😁
Thank you you always help me so much and I love your videos thank you that you do them even though it takes so long
Thank you for making useful, great-quality content!
YES! ive been waiting for you to post
i absolutely love you videos they have helped me a lot thank you
You are not only a detailed artist witg your drawings but also very detailed with filmmaking! So many funny details are to see. In this video for an instance, you took a scene out of SpongeBob and put your AOT picture on the sheet to make it look like SpongeBob looks closely on it so it matches with what you're saying
I’m halfway in the video and that example used with the digital art I think helped me understand why I hate my shading. It always felt too smooth and that something felt missing and its kinda hitting me
Amazing tutorial
i love the hesitation in his voice when he refers to EVA-01 as a "robot"
At last! Been searching for this kind of tutorial cause I'm challenging myself rn to draw portrait faces lmao with this kind of method “not shading" cause I hated it. Ma bro! U're a big help. Aregathanks Gosaimuch Love from 🇵🇭
Thanks, your videos are the best in this field, keep up the hard work, because every video teaches me new concepts and I want to grow my knowledge about manga styled art and basic art
I love your vids sir very easy to understand
This is perfect! I've always wanted to cross hatch the way you do. I can't wait to see the inking video too if your going to upload that one! Thank you again so much for all of your videos! Truly super helpful!!
This is a really good video, thanks Marcus
I have been waiting for this forever … I like this channel good stuff
This is the tutorial I was looking for after that muscles video
7:26 so cool man
Thank you so much!!! Keep up the good work!
there was always something missing in my art and crosshatching transformed my art, thank you sir. 🙏
Thank you for taking the time to teach us
Perfect...👍👍👍 Sir can you make a video on shadowing/lighting on whole body especially on face after coloring.....
Thank you sir!!! This is actualy what i need!
Another great video from this dude marceline. Keep it up
Finally , The " then add details " tutorial
you are the best teacher in the world 🥰🥰
I really enjoy your tutorials Marcel, thanks coz they help alot
This tutorial was VERY helpful, thank you MacBook 😁
Great video entertaining and very helpful thanks mate
Am learning so much from the channel
You are da Best Art KZreadr
I did art throughout school and sixth form, and I can happily admit that I was a great "copier". About 5 years after my last art assessment, I've been wanting to get into drawing again, and learnt that even my copying skills have pretty much disappeared. Now that I'm 22 and not as impatient as I was back then, finding your videos has given me some REAL hope! I'm actually learning from scratch about crosshatching (my favourite shading), human anatomy and the simple steps to draw them etc. I really want this to be a hobby, and not something I feel like I have to pressure myself to be good at, and I feel like the way you make your videos is a great way of avoiding exactly that. I can't wait to see how my skills improve, and to be able to randomly sketch at work, or just when I'm bored (which can be in the same environment sometimes :S). Anyways, keep it up, you're doing great, and thank you so much again!
Thanks for this tutorial! Im trying to get accepted to art college but I have never drawn traditional and got properly education in this way. Its really helpful!!
Thanks fore your tips on drawing i appreciate it
I really love your videos keep the good work up
