how are you doing now? did you try walking? am too facing severe lung blockage/issues and can really relate to your concern, earlier i would strength train with kgs of weights and now just simple exercise.. because in my case the issue in lungs also affected heart and i can feel when my heart can take it or not while doing anything.. best is not to push anything beyond.

I support Yoga instead Gym. Bcz yoga is health building and gym is muscle building. Yoga is about mind and body.

Very mediocre information. Luke's videos are good for people who are for initiating their first workout but for an intermediate and advanced, it's redundant.

This is more of general information that may apply for everyone. Even if intermediate you still need to be consistent.
