It’s hard to give up the time of the night that you feel the best. But living in New England you cannot be a night owl. And I’ve been doing this for far too long. This makes perfect sense. And so simple. Must try.
The eating with guilt was me this morning. I ate a slice of cake this morning and my body started to have pains because I was thinking about me increasing my triglycerides 😢😅

Iam gynaecologist.have 6 nt duties minimum per month I dont sleep entire 24 hrs from 9am to 9am Iam eating like anything after 11pm on duty nt to make me awake all nt tea..coffee...biscuits..sandwitches Gaining wt. Any plans for me please....

When you do this, and you feel sleepy, hit the damn shower. Don't think "I'll just go to sleep for a couple of hours." You won't sleep for couple of hours but all day and wake up 8pm. So hit shower, go out for a walk, do anything but don't sleep. Then when evening comes, 9pm sleep and you'll wake up 6am or 8am. If you do not reset your body clock, you'll ruin your life, you won't be good for jobs, doing things in day and waste your years. Miss out so many opportunities in life.

This is just abusing sleep debt. Terrible idea. If you actually want to use circadian rythm, then just go outside more during the day and minimize artificial light in the evening.
So should I go spend a day at the lake from early morning to sunset? Will that help fix my circadian rhythm?
@@biancahernandez6432While that would certainly do it, you don't need to go that far. Simply ensuring your eyes are exposed to natural light right after waking, not spending all day inside away from natural light and finally minimizing artificial light in the evening should already do wonders for you.
