Just got diagnosed with HBP and I’m one of those individuals that cannot have any and I repeat no coffee or alcohol. Had coffee 2 weeks ago and my pressure went through the roof I was so scared never again. I was never a alcohol drinker and not starting now , save yourself and just eliminate what your doctors say. Veggies and fruits no salt and exercise is the only way for me to see better results ❤

My husband died of cardiac arrhythmia at age 57 due to cardio vascular disease, he had high blood pressure and was prescribed blood pressure tablets but never referred to a cardiologist to find the root cause of why he had high blood pressure. Should one of the tips of managing hypertension be to find the exact cause of why you might have hypertension and not just work to manage the number? I so appreciated your videos they have made me understand the effects of hypertension so much better so I can make sure I’m managing it for myself and my kids in the future.

I have had high blood pressure since my 40s. In my early twenties I had rheumatic fever for a week before anyone figured it out. Luckily I have not had much valve damage. Over 10 years ago I had a mini-stroke on my way to work and at work. It was very mild. I had another mini-stroke this last August 13th and it was even milder but the damage is cumulative. I have tried to manage things with Diet before in done very well but now that I'm 70 and on a fixed income it is much harder to buy fresh fruit Etc I do my best. Thank you for your detailed instructions. I should get back to walking because I really enjoy that

PLEASE READ I developed high blood pressure during labor, 3 months ago. They put me on labetalol and it hasn’t helped at all. Recently developed hepatotoxicity in my liver from the medication so today is my first day without BP meds until we can find a solution. since I’m breastfeeding I have little options as far as medication. I asked if there was a way I could naturally reduce blood pressure and I was told there was nothing other than medication and exercise that could help. I would just have to wait and hope it goes away, or accept it might be here for life. So THANK YOU for your channel! The knowledge and positivity is what I NEEDED today. Praying the natural way helps 🙏🏽

It is because of what is called a "white coat syndrome". You become anxious and nervous immediately you step into the doctors office and too when he grabs the BP machine to measure your blood pressure. Feeling relaxed to measure it at home gives you the real numbers unlike in the doctor's office.
