You will make it. Say no to that little but dangerous voice, asking you to drink alcohol. I stopped drinking alcohol a year ago. I don't miss it. I was drinking alcohol only alone at home, after work. I never went out with friends, drinking alcohol. I don't have such friends. Maybe that is why it was easier for me to quit.

Thanks Doc…. I was probably drinking at least 15 drinks a day (rum&coke). I have a racing heart, high blood pressure and ED. So I stopped drinking. Heart isn’t racing, blood pressure is better and I’m still waiting to what happens with ED thing ( it still gets hard but I don’t have staying power). Alcohol is not my problem, it’s sugar (rum and coke is super sweet) Now that I’ve stopped drinking, now it’s everything sweet. I’m giving myself 3 days to start breaking that habit. I’m so focused on my health, I know I’m going to succeed. I’ve been watching your podcasts for extra motivation 😘

Sounds like weed is your master chronic use depletes your ability to be happy because you run out of serotonin which is why once your tolerance is up you barely feel it maybe you should turn to God you wanna feel happiness and joy God is the way most people look to drugs and alcohol to feel something because they are spiritually dead but when you come to christ you will feel joy every day of your life God loves you hope you can understand one day too much of anything is really a punishment for your body that's why it's called sin it's also a great teacher when it comes to life

Thank you for expounding on the dangers of Alcohol consumption. Watching this video from Northern Europe {Denmark} and Alcohol consumption is quite excessive by many people standards. Even the universities have a Friday bar in which the price for alcohol is small. Again thanks for imparting the risks of exorbitant liquor drinking.

I started to use alcohol to deal with chronic back pain. It started with one drink. Then who. Then three. Seeing l was becoming addicted l stopped before it killed me. I was forced to find another way. I heard hospitals are filled with the screams and moans of those dying of alcohol poisoning. It's a horrible slow death.

Just don't drink for a few weeks and your tolerance level will be lower again. I take a few days a couple of weeks and it keeps my tolerance level at a lower level. Also I do strenuous cardio exercise 40-45 minutes per day 3-4 days per week which helps my organs by helping to alleviate inflammation.

I have never had a drink and I never will. My grandfather was a very violent alcoholic who abused my mother. He even forceably had sex with my mother and her sisters. My mother's advice to me many times was "Never have your first drink and you never have to worry about your last". It worked and I have never regretted it.

I completely stopped drinking 8 months ago. I only drank several times a year so I had no tolerance and would get sick and felt sick the next day every time I drank. I figured I might as well just stop. It wasn’t fun. Now that I’m learning about how dangerous it is in any amount I’m glad I stopped!
