Just wonderful, I've been looking for "reduce blood pressure without medication" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Handadison Pressure Amalgamation - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got excellent results with it.

Hi Dr Frita, I have been taking garlic supplements and fish oils the past 3 months along with my 1 blood pressure med. and for the first time in 20 years my BP has been in the range 110/73 and sometimes lower. I sit and take deep breaths that also works for me. These simple changes can make a big difference. TFS your educational videos

Dr. Frita this is just a suggestion : the biggest struggle I had when I was diagnosed with HB was learning MEALS to cook in a lowered sodium fashion when you've only known one way of cooking your entire life. Maybe you could host a segment along with a meal nutritionist with yourself cooking ( low sodium meals ) I've noticed a lot of people with HB Don't change those eating habits because they don't know what to cook!

Hi Dr Frita. Soooooo, I was just released from Sentara Heart Hospital. Initially I went in for food poisoning but it turned out I went into cardiac arrest twice. Now that I have been home I was able to recognize what I was and was not doing the week before and the day of. I had limited water, I was binging on fig newton’s, I was drinking the purple Monster energy drink. Long story short I am on the straight and narrow and your videos on sodium opened my eyes to what I was doing wrong. This was also helpful. My question is, I recently learned to cook and I use salt just for seasoning. But now I am going to follow a low sodium diet. When I make things from scratch isn’t that better than buying day frozen sodium filled meals. When I add salt to my dishes I for sure use more than 1 tspn. I just want flavor is that possible on a low sodium diet? You are wonderful thanks for these videos.

Dr Frita it's been impossible to get my blood pressure to normal or anywhere near normal. I'm 6'6 408lbs with severe hbp and morbidly obese. I take nebivolol, ibersartan, enloprene and Amlodipine. Just frustrated, I watched your video on w hat not eat which was pretty much everything. What can I do? I'm walking to lose the excessive weight. My problem of late is me consuming the BK double sausage croissant sandwich. Not good at all but I just can't get that taste of the salty sausage out of my head. Typical reading is 189/90
