How to Cleanse Your Liver | Dr. Josh Axe

Dr. Axe's 6-Step Liver Cleanse: bit.ly/2BeTzm9
In today’s video, I want to talk about how to cleanse and detox your liver. Your liver is your second largest organ and is vital to your body’s health, which is why it’s so important to detox your liver.
5 ways you can detox your liver:
1. Remove all toxins from your diet (processed grains, sugars, fast foods, packaged foods, conventional meat and diary, and eat real foods)
2. Consume liver detoxifying herbs like milk thistle, turmeric, and dandelion
3. Detox your emotions (emotions like frustration, resentment, unforgiveness, and anger directly affect your organs)
4. Eat real liver (chicken or beef liver)
5. Consume foods that cleanse the liver (sprouts, salads, sour foods, probiotic rich foods)

Your video was suggested after watching other videos on the liver, and they said by far fructose was the number one thing to create a fatty toxic liver. Put in this video you recommend fruit? Really love his view on negative emotions on health. Totally agree. One must have spiritual life. In Indian tradition food, our grand mothers used to give us turmeric when we were kid. Turmeric is best for body and immunity. It used to save us from seasonal diseases by boosting immunity. Nutmeg is one of other spices that has health benefits. We had ancient natural ways to heal and clean our body that we have lost. 😐

I want my body right. My mind right. My spirit right. My baby girl deserves it. My kids deserve it. My loved ones deserve it. The enemy always try to knock us down. An obstacle here. A pitfall there. Truth is, we know better but sometimes it's tough to do better. I keep reminding myself though - I've made it this for. I really have and for that, I'm going to make this a whole lifestyle change. And personally, without knowing near one of ya'll, I want to humbly suggest that you guys do the same. Ultimately, it's for the greater good. And we deserve it to ourselves to be better for the years to come. I want the best for us all. To all, I bid a farewell and a happy and safe journey on this road of discovery we all call life.

Thank you Dr Josh. Your explanations really make sense. I just had a blood test result where I found out that my SGOT and SGPT values (which show the liver conditions) are higher than the normal standards. It's true that I do have resentment with my coworkers and unwilling to forgive them. I hope I can learn to manage my emotions better and try to forgive them..

You do NOT cook dandelion!! Honey is a toxin. You're double defeating the purpose. Eat it organic AND RAW! If you dare. Otherwise, it's just baloney!
