Unfortunately my cvt shat the bed at 130k. Was hoping cvt fluid change would fix the issue but it did not. Surprised i made it home with how bad it jitters and slips, there were times when im at a stop light and the car would just not move and i have to restart my car several times. Also i heard some noises probably from the cvt while i was going back. I don’t hear anymore after the fluid change tho. As i was doing my fluid change i notice about 5 mm shards and sprinkles not sure if thats normal but i assume not. Someone told me to try and do a flush and filter change as it's already broken and might as well go all out as it won't really matter if it does get worse. I've also been told it might take some driving before anything changes.

I’m a little confused. So I should take off the main drain plug and unlossen the smaller drain plug to drain all the old fluid.. Then I should tighten the smaller drain plug. Then I go to the top and take off the dip stick. Add the 3 quarts fluid using the funnel. Then check under the car and when I see it slowly dripping that means it full Then I put the dip stick back in? Is that everything?
