What a fantastic video. Very well made and educational. My only issue- that is really no problem- is that "a few days" is not equal to "two weeks"!

Hi! The yellow that is being remowed at 4:55, is it possible to use this for cooking, in soups, stew and the like? and what about the skin that is being removed at the start, can this also be used or should it be discarded as its unhealthy to consume? even after cooking?
