    That was amazing. One thing to ask: on the RDL’s, doesn’t he get less ham activation due to bending his knees more? Or is it just as effective? Thank you and have a great one!

    what if we don't have an access to seated leg curl ??? what to do to load them in their lengthen range ??

    Amazing content as always. A question though, would combining series of partial ROM and a higher load with a series of full rom lighter load overcome the limitations of seated leg curl? None of the gyms I've been had that magnet wheel.

    So doing both seated and laying leg curls would be a good idea ? Or should I do seated and a standing curl with an ankle strap.

    I would probably say a lying leg curl would be easier. If you don't have that then the standing curl is a good alternative
