How to do a proper push day: 1. Start with a side lateral 2. Major push movement - high incline 3. Major chest movement 4. Side laterals 5. Major chest movement 6. Tricep movement

Very good advice on isolating shoulders. No you dont have to lift anywhere close to that heavy for your own results

Absolutely. I’ve gotten my best growth after going lighter and really focusing on technique and mind muscle connection. Better workouts and no more injuries!

Cool that I've been doing my push days similar to this also trying to emphasize shoulders, usually ending with side laterals and one extra anterior delt movement, and have seen great shoulder growth as a result. Gotta try it your way! Thanks bro 🤛 Sorry about the injury but that's just another opportunity. You'll come back even better, blow the doors off, and dominate next year 💪

I would say to start with the press first so that the laterals are done when the delts are warm as opposed to doing them when the joints are cold .
