Walter Tupou yeah branch is no slouch. Training like that can get you hurt though, as we seen with Dorian Yates, he was falling apart throughout his career. When I use to lift, I would train similar. 45 minutes intense, then I'm done. I started noticing myself especially in the bench my left rotator cuff beginning to hurt, I don't know what kind of damage it is. Till this day when I start getting back into working out specifically the bench the pain starts to come back about a month into training.

I literally feel this video on a personal level. ❤ Brings me back to high school lifting. You can just feel that something more is going on in his head when he lifts. It's literally a personal grudge he's squeezing out. That's how I feel anyway. Great remembrance for living in the present age. Testosterone or steroids aside. You can develop this effort without it. Not overnight but months in development. A few leg and back days will trigger the tried and true hormone response that sends lightning strikes into your brain. This is when you pull that push you felt on leg day and reinsert it to everything you do. Even in your cardio days. An almost all or nothing mentality. But in the best way possible.
