The full workout can be found in the description. To really get the most out of it you would need a spotter who knows what they are doing. This is the first video I've uploaded to my channel which I've not edited myself - credit to goes to Lucas Haynes. Let me know what you think :)

Awesome! Thx Mike and Dorian! Watching this is like having a training session from the superman master coach. And for free! I'll be watching this in my gym for inspiration and motivation on back day. - one request- mike pls have ur camera person do "full" shots so we can all see the form and technique from start to finish of a rep. These close ups don't allow us to really see exactly how all the movements are done. And when DY says ur form "is good," we want to see fully what he's talking about. That would really make this a perfect training video. Thanks from LA!

Lol I love the faces you make when you're doing the cable rows. Doesn't matter wtf you do when you work out as long as it gets you in the right mindset. I make a lot of noise and probably make stupid faces too when I train but I know I'm working harder than anyone else in the gym.

So funny, no matter how long you have been working out in the past. And when you train with someone that is a pro and have done everything, and experienced, you always learn more and can get the most of each and every exercises. To see you struggle and the look on your face says it all. It's like, what the hell did I get myself into. I'm actually struggling and having a hard time keeping up, ha! But that's how you learn and grow. Keep it up, I enjoy all the content and the variety of exercises you do with or without other people.

Awesome video bro! I loved it. Intense training session with that approach in the concentric and eccentric phases of the movements in every exercise, so muscles can benefit from that overload, it’s a must in my opinion. And finally, training under the eyes of a legend like Dorian Yates, that’s beyond words to be described. Keep up the great job u r doing 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
