@@thehardyboys4227 thats not bad. I just got in the gym after 4 years and I curl 25s but I get just a little discouraged when I see people casually doing 30s or heavier.
“I used to do some crazy weight”- Jay Cutler “I pulled a plane the other day”- Brian Shaw
What a COMBO 🙌🏽💪🏽 two champions sharing their knowledge, hopefully we get more collars from these two Giants!!
best video from both jay and brian,,, im gonna rewatch this video many times
Watching this video I knew within the first few minutes Jay was a little more excited than he normally was which is fantastic! It’s good to see that Brian brought a little bit of competition out of him he even admits it in the video and I absolutely love that! Really starts the fire and it’s great seeing top guys in the world being together teaching each other and teaching our world and community in the fitness industry keep up videos like this! Definitely could feel the energy of this video
These are great videos. You guys have good chemistry. Keep them coming. We love learning from you Brian and Jay's awesome too.
I have a tear in my eye! My 2 favorite guys lifting together!!! I'm learning more of Jay's training now. I'm in Minnesota so I'm a ways away

Also tears here ... 😓
This was an amazing crossover, we need more of this for sure.
15:05 Great point! I’ll always remember The Mountaindog (R.I.P.) for this. Always start with the rope, warm up your elbows. After that, your arms will be ready for all the punishment. 🙏🏻
Jay’s a Beast! Brian’s a Monster! Amazing you 2!🤙🤙
If Jay trained Brian for a competition that would be insane

Like how professional these guys are in general. No arrogance just learning from each other and having a good workout. Both these guys could continue training the next generations to come with their knowledge and experience in their respective sport.
Jay always has some extremely helpful insight when he’s breaking down his workout or the significance of the small things that go into various movements. Love it

Great video. Love seeing these guys together
Love the push they just naturally seemed to give each other. The friendly competition is awesome.
What a collab, love it
Not gonna lie, i half expect a body building competition from Brian after a session with Jay. Mostly because it would be hilarious having him stand fully deffed out next to other ''big guys''. Also, amazing video! Love seeing the interaction and the dialog! Just down to earth advice and really good tips on how to perform exercises!
Cannot believe how chill both of these guys are. Definitely the guys to look up to
This is a calibration I never knew I needed to see! Both Humble and Strong, inspirational.
This video is absolutely gold. Two of my favorites of all time in both body building and strongmam. Two of the nicest guys also. 26:02 is the money shot 35:29 listen to that. This is a good one
Had a blast seeing this live.... Awesome video boys!!!

There is so much to learn from these 2 legends. To say having the 4x Mr O and 4x WSM on the same show is impressive is an understatement. I enjoyed watching this workout and I hope y'all can do this again sometime soon.
Lengendary! So good to see Jay and Shawn just having fun and geting some info out to all to learn!
Two of my favorite strength athletes!
