Legally the contract is already void, it's against the law to create a contract that involves any illegal activity and murder is obviously illegal. There's no loophole where you can commit crimes just by getting someone to sign a contract. In most places there are also laws against "unfair terms" in contracts for things that are technically not illegal but would not be expected under any normal circumstances, so like if you agree to the terms of an app and in it they say "you have to give us all the money you own" that would be illegal.

i don't understand why all "including the How to Beat" is skipping a core statement problem. It's not the app that's killing them in the first place. The app is just notifying "When" ..... ?! Uninstalling , blocking , turning internet off wont actually make any sense

Usual misconception is that a stopped heart can be jump-started by defibrilator. It cannot. Once its stopped, you need to perform CPR (manual chest or direct heart massage). Defibrilators can correct the rhythm of heart - basically when its still beating, but not efficiently (fibrillating), like in spams.

Defibrillator corrects irregular heart rhythms, cpr followed by mouth to mouth or mask to mouth or using bvm is what jump starts the heart followed by dfib ofcourse. So basically cpr imitates the heart beat, then air to start circulation and defibrillator to give it a kick so the heart clings on those cpr and starts beating by it self

Defibrillators can't start your heart if it's stopped, they just reset it if it's fibrillating. If somoens heart has stopped begin chest compressions

​@@doktorbanan4714 You have no idea what you're talking about. Like the name suggests, a defibrillator is used if the heart is in V-Fib or V-Tac. Those are two very specific rhythms, where the heart isn't successfully pumping blood, on which defibrillation works. The shock temporarily stops the heart, allowing it to naturally restart with a proper rhythm. This is why modern defibrillators will check the rhythm for you, and decide whether or not a shock is appropriate. Go watch some Doctor Mike. He does fantastic medical videos.

​@@doktorbanan4714 No, the purpose of a defib is to detect irregular heart rhythms and shock them back to normal but it will not restart a heart once it has completely stopped. Key word being completely, if you get an abnormal rhythm for example by cardiac arrest it can bring back the normal one. But if the heart muscle is no longer working at all then it wouldn't work, there has to be some electrical activity for it to work, without it, the defiv wouldn't even detect it.

Deleting an app doesnt actually delete it, it kinda just pushes it to the back and lets the device save over top of it, once its been overwritten, then yes its gone. I used to wipe hard drives like this, format them, then copy paste a 1mb file untill the drive is mb for mb full, then format again

@BoomBlitz7 think of it like erasing a pencil drawing, it's gone, but it's not completely gone, you could still draw it all back if you wanted too, you could even draw a few smaller pictures, erase them and still see enough of the original to draw it back, but draw another picture over the whole thing, there might be a couple bits left but good luck working out what one is and isn't,.
