I was 19 many moons ago and a party got busted where we were drinking, I got away. I called my friend and apparently he was hiding under a log and a police officer was walking past him and I was the reason he got caught. I laugh now but I cannot imagine a life and death situation in my shoes knowing what happened.

@@queensheep4025 in a world like that, it's very hard to not cause some casualties with every decision u make. she wanted to give everyone a weapon against the monsters to take back their planet and unfortunately a monster washed up from a boat. however, i don't blame Regan for that, but the people that attacked Regan and Emmett are to blame. they were going to hurt her or worse, so the only way to survive was to make some noise

@MaeRose26 it wasn't some casualties though.. an entire village was killed. The monsters had virtually no way of reaching the island and the only reason they did is because reagen led them to it and it got on a boat

Emmet and ragen see the monster drift off on a boat at the same time they set sail but don’t warn the islanders that there’s a seaborn monster. Amazing any of them survived

I think that another reason falling into water kills the death angels is their lack of eyesight and heavy armor, which will prevent them from surfacing. They'll most likely try to attack the water because of the noise, but it will make a sound of the water running against it's hand and it will try to attack again but make more noise, and it will eventually drown because it can't keep afloat.

Fun fact: The bus scene (1:30) was entirely practical. There was actually a bus hurdling towards the actors at 40 miles an hour

Never watched it either, but I think a very specific frequency that was only found based on luck needed to be played before turning them vulnerable to attacks. Though personally I would think any loud noise should overwhelm them, in this franchise that probably is not the case. Now you have opened me to the question about how nobody else seemed to have found this out? I thought the military would’ve at least captured one and did tests on it
