How much kg is that 2nd band u used for chest? 7-15 kg ?

Black colour bands mostly provide 15-30 kg resistance and purple ones 30-45 kg... For chest he is using black colour band and for pull ups purple one.

3-7 kg will be yellow,7-15 kg band will be red in colour and 45-60kg will be green....Top band manufacturing companies use this colour codes for bands.. colour codes might be different for reisitance tubes.
