How To Accomplish A Perfect Rear Naked Choke | The FRATONE’S with Morning VLOG
Hi All,
So, I decided to try and do a morning VLOG of my daily routine before the actual instructional. If you guys enjoy seeing a little peek of my life via VLOG form, please let me know. Also, I'm always open to other suggestions that you guys want to see.
Then, of course, we have Bobby delivering a beautifully detailed instructional for you guys! We decided to keep it basic this week and go over a rear-naked choke. It's something you learn as a white belt, but gets used throughout your entire BJJ career. So, it's good to touch up on some details, so you can really perfect the RNC. It's a very valuable position to take back control, so it's important to be able to hunker down and get a flawless submission like this one!

I like my coffee with milk and - get this - my new discovery - instead of sugar, maple syrup to sweeten it up! Honey works too! OMG, hooking the opponent's arm with your leg so they have only one arm to defend against the RNC is BADASS! Bobby B Swaga Daga Doo is a great instructor! 😎👍 BRUNCH TIME! What is that first thing? Looks like potato salad on top of a muffin... Will do, Mookie! Of course we know Mookie's going to have a great weekend!

The look on your face that gets a little more serious and the little sigh/ exhale/ blow right before he cinches down a little… yup. I know this feels. I’m pretty sure I do the same exact thing. Do we all do that and maybe I just never noticed before now? Cracks me up either way. Challenge for everybody next time you drill something: Try not to close your eyes and wince before tapping. Just stare into space and tap with no expression on your face. Totally deadpan tap. 😂
