Fallon Fratone VS 5’10 175lbs White Belt No Gi with Narration

Hi guys! So, I get a lot of requests to fight a brand new white belt who walks into our gym So, meet Isaiah! He is a 5’10 175lbs brand new white belt who just started training with us about three weeks ago. So, this is what it’s like to roll with guys for me when they first start. Thank you Isaiah for pleasantly agreeing to roll with me in this video. The people that agree to film with me are troopers because it’s always after an hour rolling session when it’s late at night. So, I hope everyone enjoys this video!
Do you guys like when I provide narration along with the videos or would you rather it just be the original audio of the rolling session? Also, would you like to see a gi or no gi fight video next? Let me know I’m the comments below!
Xoxo,
Fallon ❤️

    It’s very nice watching you fight men and winning. It makes me see the importance of scrambling for position and strategy (although don’t really see it that well unless it’s obvious like an arm bar or kimura) and makes fun to watch. I often think of your opponent, try to think what I could do....but usually you’ve advanced position so I’m lagging behind. But it’s fun to think! The size/strength difference gives me an appreciation because i better understand the control from that position if I can see they can’t do much. Because I can’t feel it and don’t do bjj I can’t understand how bad or compromised someone is in a position unless I see a stronger bigger opponent helpless - otherwise I’ll think- why don’t they do X If that makes sense

  • @FallonFratone

    @FallonFratone

    Жыл бұрын

    Yeah, it’s definitely super important to be strategic when going with heavier and stronger male opponents. I make sure I scramble for every position because if I get stuck in a dominant position by them it’s 10x harder to escape. Thank you for watching!!!

    brazilian jiu jitsu is a blessing for smaller stature people as the techniques in bjj can nullify bigger stronger opponents assuming they don't have that skill or lower skill but it is a detriment to people with strength /size as in most things in life strength makes things easier but with bjj nullifying that strength it's like ripping out someones vital organ. totally cripples their one advantage given by birth. so one side benefits the other side loses.

    This new student is a pretty good sport for agreeing to get schooled by a brown belt. I suppose a fragile ego minded male might resort to slamming, grinding or other nefarious actions to offset his embarrassment. Would such a session be unsuitable for viewing?
