FALLON VS 5’10 265LBS MALE BLUE BELT

Hey guys,
Today we have an exciting no gi roll with my good friend Moises! He is 5'10 and 265 LBS, so our weight classes are very different. However, I completely trust him to not roll too rough or injure me. He is very aware of his body and knows how to roll with smaller female grapplers properly. It's tough to find heavier weight classes you enjoy to roll with and he is certainly one of them!
I hope you guys enjoy it! Make sure you leave comments below on other BJJ content you would like to see from me! 😊
Xoxo,
Fallon

So, I’m in my 40s (midlife crisis) and decide I’m going to get into grappling and maybe MMA. I was always an arrogant guy and when I watched women like Rhonda Rousey fight I would me comments like, I could beat her no problem. I got a dose of reality and some humble pie in my very first sparing match. I had a mother of 4 twist me up like a pretzel 🥨. The most humiliating part was a mounted triangle submission where we locked eyes as I tapped out! Her 10 year old daughter was watching too. I’ve learned new respect for women!!!

Incredible Fallon! Skill. Agility. Power. Fantastic match. Also hope your dad is doing well. He must be incredibly proud to see his daughter bloom into a ferocious woman. Also if your dad is having cardiovascular problems maybe checkout Dr. Dean Ornish. He help saved Bill Clinton when he was having heart problems even after undergoing a heart bypass surgery. Or if its diabetes maybe checkout Dr. Neal Barnhart. A top diabetes researcher who started Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine(PCRM). Also great podcast Exam Room. I lost both of my parents to chronic illness and not once did doctors mention food as medicine. Because there is no profits in perishables but there is in surgery/drugs. Take care lovely Fallon.

good job on the big guy to be a good partner, and you're flexible and technical. When you have a good partner who is playing loose and not going hard it allows you to connect submissions and transition from position to position. The big dude could've done even a better job had he put you in some submissions and you give you a chance to work your defense

She was talking as if she was actually pulling off techniques and controlling the game. She should be honest and acknowledge that the gentleman is allowing her to use him so she can go through the motions of BJJ/submission wrestling. Fact is, he could break her limbs or neck in a moment; could throw and bounce her off every wall in the room; one handgrip from him on her throat and she would be limp and powerless immediately and unconscious within seconds. And why is she blatantly displaying her snatch while wrestling with a man? Even pushing it in his face. What is he supposed to do in that situation? She is inflicting sexual intimidation. She puts him in a position where he feels obliged and pressured to put up with it. He should refuse to wrestle with her while she is dressed like that, and tell her to dress respectfully. And if she does not then he should leave. If he wrestled her with his man bits showing through see-through tights, rubbing his d*ck in her face, then it would be considered a sexual assault. The man is a goof for putting up with her doing it to him.

@@alecsandoval1214 I thought the same thing. He could've done a better job... mostly by trying. But I don't blame him at all. Better your pride be hurt than accidentally seriously injure someone. In this case, it's not so much strength as it is mass. He might be using all his strength at times. Seems like 75% effort the whole time.

Oh... that actually explains it. But wouldn't someone want to learn how to maximize their advantages? Then again, he'd probably do that against someone that was like 180 lbs and more advanced and stronger than him (assuming one objective of this program/facility/discipline is to learn how to safely defend oneself) You can tell they're focused on learning, now that I think about it, and obviously cognizant of not hurting each other. You'd learn more going at 95% capacity, but people would end up with broken bones, hurt feelings and unnecessary drama impacting long term growth.

@@burtan2000 time loss to injury hurts training more I'd say. Plus if sport, the match would be closer in size. If self defense, the fight would involve permanent injury. With such a size difference, in a fight the woman would have to battle without reservation, with ruthlessness to survive.

Yeah, that was cool as hell! I'm impressed. I'd also say not fair because people that weigh 50 or 100 lbs more than her (or even more in this case) can't attempt such things because it'd seriously hurt her. So in some respects, she's able to utilize the advantages of her size, shape, physicality, etc. but a larger male can't. I'd rely on my size, strength and weight. But I keep reminding myself that the objective of these sparring sessions is probably to learn and not to win. And in most things in life, you learn more from failure than victory (if you allow yourself to).

Great video Fallon, and that is awesome you have a nice class mate to roll with. Great to hear your dad is feeling better. He has been in mine and my mom's prayers, and we went to the altar at church and prayed for your dad. God is great my friend. Best wishes always to you, your dad, family, and of course Mookie always. ♥♥♥♥

I don't get the idea of those sparrings. Is the guy 100% fighting you or just 50%? Are you both just checking the moves and grips or is it full on real duel?? It does not look like a real wrestling fight..
