So? Kipping pull-ups are just as effective, probably more effective at adding overall core strength!

It would be better and of much greater benefit to and for Jocko Willink as well as anyone else who does have difficulty and/or finds themselves having problems and difficulty doing Pullups or Chinups correctly. FACT IS: FIRST - DOING Joint Preparation Exercises For at LEAST 4 - 6 Weeks BEFORE doing Calasthenics exercises, BJJ, or other kinds of exercise. WHY??? Joint Preparation Exercises HELP prevent injuries. Eating HEALTHY fats, limiting/eating much less unhealthy fat choicea is a fantastic way of eating. Make doing Joint Preparation Exercises FUN!!! They're Well -Worth the time being invested in doing them!! Jocko Willink doing kipping Pullups won't successfully help him to correctly improve with his Pullups. That's NOT GOOD for him in the long run. Right now if he were to make a few VITALLY IMPORTANT decisions that will allow him to greatly improve his physical condition, appearance, look and allow him to feel better than ever before by correcting eating & drinking habits, losing unwanted bodyfat and looking as well as feeling better.... because he DESERVES TO!!!

@@hayseanward Kipping Pullups are a wrongful, incorrect way of doing Pullups. Kipping Pullups don't work the lats correctly.

REFUSE TO BELIEVE MISINFORMATION about Kipping Pullups being just as effective or probably being more effective at adding overall core strength. Kipping Pullups do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT to add to overall core strength!!! They don't work the latimus dorsi (back muscles) correctly. They are not an abdominal exercise, either.

I stopped rolling during Covid because the gym I was going to shut down, and then later I moved. Now it’s been two years without jiu-jitsu, I’m out of shape, and I’m too worried to go back and do jiu-jitsu because some kid half my age wants to tap me and I get injured. I can’t keep that pace and I’m rusty. And old. And have bad elbows and shoulders as it is.
