Fallon, I absolutely love your commentaries, they are so easy to follow. You have great flowing technique and it is fascinating to hear how you are thinking as you move through the gears. I also do like seeing your losses - as you say - we all learn from those and some no-gi sessions where you have tapped with commentary would be great to see because I'd be fascinated to hear your learnings. Whatever - keep top the good work. I only recently stumbled on your channel and it is a gem!

Which city is it that you are training in Pricilla… I’m also just joined in jiujitsu classes.. jus basics im interested in learning & doing floor exercises

Matt did pretty well for one stripe. He defended some moves, he was smooth, and he didn't try to use his strength or body weight. Really, exactly what you want to see. Nice job.

Sometimes I cringe a little when I start to see a Gi top loosen, especially if it's a woman's. I know some people wear clothes under their Gis, especially those who also compete or practice NoGi, but it"s still something I want to bring up.

Most people have a shirt under their gi. I always do. I honestly never even notice what people have on under though while I’m rolling. I’m focused on training.

White belts tend to get in the mindset of defending instead of offense since focusing on both is a lot. It’s common for it to happen!

She had the upper hand the whole time and he was focusing on defending while he waited for a good chance opening to turn the table to arise. It was the best straregy he could follow given his low skill level and it's the only reason he lasted so long. What did you want him to do? Trying to explode out randomly wth brute strenght and getting either gassed out or choked/armlocked in the process?

@@bradanderson4192 very well said, you’re completely right! I’m assuming you train jiu jitsu as well! When I was a white belt I focused more on defense too because otherwise I was just getting tapped out every 30 seconds 😂

@@FallonFratone yeah .I speak from experience, this technique is absolutely uncomfortable. I was once choked with this technique at a tournament and it was just terrible. But it was also partly my own fault because i didnt tap.
