How To Hit a Perfect Body Lock Takedown | The FRATONE’S
Hi everyone,
Today, you will learn how to hit a great takedown choice in BJJ: the body lock throw. Takedowns can get a bit challenging especially when we are fighting in the Gi. The body lock is a great choice for Gi and no Gi because the grips don't really get in the way of the takedown. So, if you're looking for a new takedown to put in your BJJ game, I suggest you give this a try! It also has kind of a flashy effect which is always nice! ;) Let me know in the comments below which position you want to see next!

I can do it as well! Bobby is a very high level wrestler so I would not be able to do it on him during a live roll. He would somehow reverse it and I’d be looking at the lights again 🤣🤣 But someone my skill level and size I could get it☺️

Maybe a random observation but nice breakfall. As a Judoka I always cringe by a lot of BJJ guys doing fancy or dangerous takedowns like ura nage here and not breakfalling correctly or comment on it. Yeah
