HOW TO: GIFT WRAP YOUR OPPONENTS LIKE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT | The FRATONE’S
Hey all!
MERRY CHRISTMAS! I hope everyone has an absolutely fun and family and friends-filled weekend! This week we are showing the gift wrap position with some submissions you can achieve! This is a very basic, yet effective way to gain control of your opponents. As a brown belt, I use the gift wrap to take the back almost on a daily basis. It was also one of the first things I learned and loved to use as a white belt! So, this position can be beneficial to all belt levels! Make sure you give it a try and give us some feedback!
