Played next to him at a charity tournament once. We all threw in cash to help the kids and have a little fun, nobody there but him was a pro. He's huffing and puffing over amateur play, sneering at the old guy across from me who didn't "play correctly." I kept giving him smirks, but he never bit- a bully, but only to those he could actually bully. He busted out early and stomped away. I thought of him as a rich loser.

Also, his shirt choices were already criminally bad.

@@xLxUxSxTx So lets hypothesize the amount paid in penalty is proportionate to the defendents income or financial holdings. So if the penalty was 10%. Then a millionaire would have to pay 100,000 and a poor working class guy maybe 40 dollars with the degenerate street bum paying very little. But a minimum could be set to prevent abuse and people having no penalty to pay. So maybe a 10 dollar minimum. All would be pay or prison for the illegal drug type crime. Penalties increasing for repeat offenders. So if a poor person could walk away from the courts having paid 10 to 50 dollars only. Would they then complain or disagree with fines being settled by paying money? Involentary incarceration for certain types of homicidal maniacs. But not for some quiet person just having a little try of majiuaana at home in the privacy of his own home. There seems no great offence there except when Law Enforcement Officers or prosercutors want any one prosercuted.

So his reasons for asking for a lesser sentence is admitting guilt/remorse/and testimony from others about what a great guy he is (after all, his sexcapades with an under 18 year old are surely the doings of a great guy). Hmmm what exactly, apart from offering the absolute minimum excuses that any pre-sentenced felon would mention, is his reasoning for a lesser sentence? Or maybe 'I did it, I'm sorry, but I am a nice guy really' is the newest defence strategy?
