    Fertraw Sweet potatoes, however baking them will raise the GI. Although GI isn't as important as you think.

    @@nateriver8506 I try to eat low GI carbs because I have an autoimmune disorder that gets triggered from high GI foods

    Some days my breakfast is about 2.000 kcal then I workout, and eat the rest of calories is 2 or 3 smaller meals... the “problem” is just the bloating during the workout... about bw in lb x 2 in protein! And very high fiber!

    How do you find out the calories you must consume for a caloric deficit. I made the foolish mistake of going from 178 to 237lbs. Apparently pop tarts aren’t healthy. Taste but bad for you lesson was learned 😂
