8,5 millions hectares of forests were burned in Yakutia during summer 2021.
Huge damage for people and whole eco-system..

In your clear, simple storytelling, you conveyed the experience of wildfires better than most professional journalists.
Hello from Azerbaijan.
It’s so sad that the rest of the world haven’t been aware about this disaster. 🙁 All we ever hear about is fires in Australia, main Europe and USA. You poor souls have had your very own struggle to fight this huge fire. Thank God for the firefighters and civil helpers, both out in the hot zone and especially in the kitchens. You are all heroes. You are all brave.

Just shows when the US is against the East, the western media will only cover what they want the world to know. It’s so sad . Individual countries should not depend on others. Well, done Russia.

@@Jezza-rb1hi I heard about it through western media. We always hear news about Siberia and north east Russia burning during summer and I swear people around here can’t wrap their heads around the concept of Siberia being the slightest bit flammable. Siberia is ice 🧊 all year round in the minds of most of my fellow Americans. I swear. They have no idea. Its not that we don’t see the news. I swear people don’t understand how big an area and how, yes its NOT always below freezing. But when that news comes out the west has its fire season. So typically Americans are shocked that it can burn at all. But we also don’t think anyone lives there. 🤡 Honestly, middle/ eastern Russia is not a geographical location we know much about, myself included. But that’s why I’m on this channel. 🙂 What we heard was that the fires were larger than all of the other fires in the world combined. But biggest news was the amount of emissions which were being released by the trees which had been trapping so much carbon. That made news all over. And the satellite images were breathtaking. Heartbreaking. California had a record year too. And fire season is just getting started. But maybe we’ll be ok now. Love to you all. We heard!. Don’t quiz us! we’re learning slowwwwly.

Спасибо всем кому не безразлично!
My heart is with everyone in Yakutia, thank you for informing us maria, please be safe and healthy ❤️
Wow! Educational video. We here in the US heard about your fires. The cows are beautiful. I hope they were all saved. I know the people of that town are thankful for those professional and volunteer firefighters and volunteers like yourself. Yes, you are ALL heroes. Thank you for sharing. Enjoying your videos. Peace be with you
Thank you for your support and assistance for the firefighters. I’m sure after they had a hard day fighting the fires, your food and soothing voice was very comforting.
Love Yakutia from Turkey ❤️
Massive respect for getting out there. Hope you're doing well and staying safe ❤️
I'm very sorry for what's happening .....Yakutia is a paradise...😢
Love from Boulder, Colorado. We had a fire here at the end of 2021, driven by high winds, that destroyed more than 1,000 buildings and killed two people. We feel your pain. 💔
Hi from Canada 🇨🇦...we also had terrible fires this year... several communities were completely destroyed...now most are controlled or resolved. Canada owes a lot of gratitude to all of the volunteers who helped . I am sure that your communities are also very grateful for all that you and your fellow volunteers did to help. Well done 👍👍👍
Maria All the best for the recovery. People forget with out the vegetation how unstable the land is and how much washes into the rivers the next rain. Good luck from Australia
I live in the US. I did hear a few news stories about the fires in Siberia. It was frightening to me to hear this. The US west has a lot of hot, desert climates. So there is some expectation of fires each year. Siberia is different. A land that has perma-frost and extremely cold winters is not a place I'd expect to be punished by extreme heat in the summers, drought or large fires. I saw a satellite video of the smoke from those fires. It was very disturbing to me. Thank you for sharing this and for doing your part to help.
I understand you Maria. A big fire broke out in Turkey 1 month ago and we experienced the same things. We lost animals, trees and some firefighters it's very sad but now all fires are extinguished thanks to volunteers and heroic firefighters. Get well soon to all the people of Yakutia
Hello from Turkey
I love the unity. God bless to all the volunteers and professionals who risk their lives to put out the fire. May God give you the strength and health stay safe everyone
Мария молодец, ты девушка с доброй душой 👍🏼

Beautiful attitudes in a bad situation, much respect to all of you...thank you for this report.
You are also a hero as well. Thank you for this video and good luck. I can’t believe there were forest fires in Yakutia- a place that has snow for at least 8 months of the year !

Eu espero que tudo volte a ser como era antes. Imagino que para vocês essa onde de calor e incêndios florestais tem sido demasiadamente difícil! Melhoras! Abraços do Brasil!
8,500,000 hectares = 21,003,957.425 acres O M G I live in California and I thought ours were bad but 21 million acres? That is staggering. So much loss of animal life and natural resources. 🙏🏻❤️ For a strong recovery.
Love to Yakutia and Love to you Maria from France 🇫🇷❤️
Love ❤️ from Canada 🇨🇦 and stay safe.
The world gave a lot of support to Australia when we had wide spread fires, we lost a lot of beautiful animals too. I hope as much support is given to Yakutia!

Привет Саха из Азербайджана. Интересно то что в Якутии и в Турции эти пожары начались одновременно. Хорошо что уже всё остался в позади.

These fires have not been reported on at all in USA. Thank you for letting me know about this. We are having terrible fires in my state all summer long, too. It is so sad to hear about other places suffering even more. I hope the fires are under control and well-contained now. Peace, health, and safety to you all. ❤️

Maria love from India 🇮🇳 Very very nice work for climate keep safe you and your fire fighters.
Hi Maria I am so sorry about the forest fires and the poor animals.
Great job sister 👍
I agree with Bob Schnieder comment. Your demeanor is very effective. HISTORICITY (the way I inderstand it) is promoted very well by you. The propoganda in USA never ends. I know better but have no fact to relate to. Thanks to you I can see Russians are just as compassionate as any other human being. Also your eye for details is very keen. Keep up your good and powerful work (voice).
Started to watching your videos from Sri Lanka
My heart hurts for you. Respect from AFG🇦🇫

Hi good day I'm your subscriber from Philippines kept watching always your vlog
Very Interesting to hear that there were wildfires in that part of the world also. There were many wildfires in western USA and Canada. I live in ND and it was very smoky here from the all the fires west and north of us. We've been in a drought for five years with last year being the worst. Many grass fires in my area but our fire dept was able to put them out quickly. It was terrible to see crops and what little grass there was burned as everyone with cattle was short of grazing and hay.
We missed you Maria, after the last video in which I could not write a word of comment, it is a pleasure to see that things start to get better. If you weren't strong you wouldn't have documented it nor you wouldn't have worked personally all those hours. Thanks as always for your open window on the beautiful place in the world you live in, even in these strange and unbelivable days. It will take time but.. Andrà tutto bene.

*Being a fire fighter is a difficult job 💯* *You are 💯% right ✅️✅️✅️*
So surprised that no one talks about this and no mainstream media covers it in the first world nations. I am a bit curious to learn about the air quality and how long did it take for the air to become somewhat normal. Thank you.
Hoping the fire will be eliminated immediately,be ssfe always,fr. Here Philippines
You are such a lovely woman. I don't know how I found you. I live in southern California USA. I have been seeing this for my whole life. The oil companies have patents on thousands of non oil energy alternatives. Their infrastructure is set up to extract oil. They will not stop until every last drop of oil is extracted. And we will burn...
Good 👌
LOVE FROM INDIA
