You can not inspire a man to have ambition nor vision. I was in a relationship with a man have my own business but he didn’t have vision. He SAID what he wanted but never pursued it. Now he’s 58 years old and still no money in the bank. So NO

My advice...just leave him alone instead of trying bullying him to being someone or something he's not.

It’s only been 3 months and he has a good start in life . I been with mine for 19 years my problem was that I married him based on potential. He never executed. We are 35 and he is 37 . I don’t know what to do . I been the bread winner . People with no vision bothers me too . Now I’m stuck

Otherwise you will be like me... pushing 50 and realizing I made a huge mistake in staying and now having to prepare myself for a divorce. 😕I told him early on that I was disappointed and did not sign up for me taking care of a man child. I was 31 which was 2 years in and I still stayed hoping it would change. 2 weeks ago he quit his last job after 3 months because he did not like it and something broke in me. Im done.

My ex literally was surrounded by my family which is full of goals and ambition and nothing happened 😅. He hates failing and always says oh I’ll see

I agree its one of the fundamental pillars for a relationship. Have the conversation and take the 3 months and observe. Use the time for other fundamental conversations such as whether he wants kids. Observe other things which are important and see whether it aligns with what you want out of life. I have the same problem and still got married and 21 years in I am looking to break up because of this and other things.
