I can honestly say, Biotin and Omega Fish oil capsules have helped my hair grow a lot. I had twists for months and thought my hair wasn't growing even after using biotin for 4-5 months but now my hair has grow so much. It takes a while for it to kick in and also what he said in the video about your diet is key. Drink lots of water, foods that are good for hair growth are: Spinach, Eggs, Fish (Omega Oil capsules are good for this as well), Avacados, Soy Beans. Also Exercise is important.

I use to have top faded dreads about 4-5 inches long, But I cut it off few months ago to restart and get full head dreads my hair is growing faster than before since I’ve been actually taking care of it for a month now My tips is 1.keep it moisturize your hair daily 2.shampoo & conditioning depending on your hair 3.drink lots of water 4.
