Awesome!!! I'm just now trying the Biotin Miracle, & my Hair went from like 5 inches to now my shoulders in 2 to 3 taking 5000 to over 10,000 mcg of Biotin, plus Blue Magic Greases, Shea Butters, Indian Herbs with Vegetable Oil & Wow!!! My Hair grew from Extremely Short to Neck Length in less than a Month!!! I was praying too!!! God is Fantastic!! Hallelujah Jesus!!! One should always take extra Biotin with Food, & Vitamin C if taking more than the 5000, the body can go into a state of shock, & it may affect the immune system, causing person to become sick. So that's my experience, & I'm gradually increasing safely, but not over the 10,000mcg all the time, sometimes only....Lots of Love, Congratulations!!!!

Immerge yourself in it. Tv, books but, to be honest the best way that worked for me was being around people that speak it and learning how to converse. Glad you'll try it out😁❤️

In Jamaica it's mandatory to learn french and spanish And I don't know if I hate french or if I hate my french teacher yeah it's definitely the teacher But other than that it's a good language

joonie's expensive girl I have never met a Jamaican that speaks Spanish or French. Lol just because it’s taught in schools doesn’t mean you will actually learn to speak it fluently. I took Spanish in high school and I don’t speak it at all

Hmm, I find that happens from putting a wee bit too much tension on the middle and or front of the hair. Extra moisturizing and fearful detangling helps avoid and better the situation.☺️❤️

I honestly didn't measure my growth numerically but rather visually. As for the biotin, I used 10,000 mcg and took 2 of them together a day. 😁
