Learning the Metric System for Americans who have been FORCED to learn otherwise is like trying to learn another language that's not your native language, and that's very difficult to do. I for one have been taking shots recently as of late to learn the Metric System because I like learning things I don't understand. Funny enough, the Metric System is actually taught in school, it's just not focused on enough if you don't take it in an American college, which leads to people being like: "Hm, this weighs as much as a brick :D".

The amount of Sperm Whale and Giant Squid battles that occur on this planet might be the most metal, badass thing I've ever been privy to in my entire life.

The Ocean is actually fully mapped, just with a bad resolution up to ~5km. But out of the 100% mapped, only 10-15% are mapped detailed to a scale of ~100m

We are very lucky to have Blue Whales exist in our life time. It seems like an animal that has been extinct for many many years. But no, there are still some today.

Megalodons were a couple metres smaller than the Blue Whales. They were the second biggest creatures to have existed. Also, they hunted Blue Whales, but it was dangerous because of the deep waters. Megalodons couldn't survive the pressure and absense of oxygen for long and they often died during the hunts

Йоан Иванов No Liopleuridon is the biggest creature to have ever existed and the blue whale's weight is buffed in this video, it was only about 100 tons. Liopleuridon reached an estimated weight of 16o to 170 tons and over 50 meter's long.

@@Phandvietanh A man of war usually can get up to 100 feet, though because siphonophores are colonies of microorganisms it theoretically has no limit if given a massive amount of time to grow with no obstruction. Though what I said is now out of date as a bootlace worm is the only animal that is longer(capping at around 180 feet).
