Handy conversion tip for anyone picking up a box of Cawdor. If you have any Ork Nobz bits or can get them. An ork choppa with a chainaxe style blade fits perfectly on top of the two handed axe the base gang box leader has. Letting you make a very cheap and easy chainglaive conversion. Just a little work with some plastic clippers and some glue. If you're feeling really fancy you can clip off the candles and stick them on top too so it has that trash panda look.

Some gangs fit together much easier than others. Escher and Delaque I'd say are tough to assemble. While Goliaths are easy unless you're adding resin parts.

Indeed! The contact points are ridiculously small!

Path of the Doomed is also one of the better defensive Paths, in part due to the "And by his light they were struck Blind" Act making someone untargetable from further than 3 inches. great for getting into position. I am not sure if RaW you can use template weapons with your fighters while under it, but that might be brutal. Also, Blasting Charges in zone mortalis are funny.

The art at 9:20 is about what I envisioned when I heard of the all-female cawdor gangs cosplaying as Soritas. I just wished there was official models for em, I'd run em in a heartbeat!

Indeed. That sisters bixset from kill team would fit the bill nicely! I wish GW made more female sculpts for the gangs for that reason!

I know this is an old comment, but I could see getting a box of Cawdor and a box of the repentia from Sororitas and mixing the two together.

Thanks for this video. We’re starting a campaign soon, and I’m wondering if there is any update to this info here from 6+mo ago. I have a bunch of old Witch Hunter Zealots and I’m excited to press them back into service (and I’m kind of a Moneybags as well).

Very cool! Good luck on your campaign. As for changes from updated info, I'm not too sure about. Most of the changes are for psykers and outcast rules, which the Cawdor would never allow (narratively speaking) 😎

How's the Moneybags build now that the Cawdor plastic weapons box is out?
