KingVDT519 Sorry I missed your comment during our busy season. This video was filmed in the Cross Lake area, but it hold true for the majority of beaverhuts on the lake. Find a beaverhut and you'll usually find minnows by the hut and bigger fish in the deeper water around it.

im on Temagami right now and at my cottage and it is awesome. the best place to go is to portage into skunk or jumping cat lake. or any beaver dam. this place is awesome.
I wish I had more time to portage into back lakes... Work just won't let me most of the time. :( I do agree though, Temagami is awesome! :) Enjoy your time at the cottage!
Good advice re. Not using the pole in a snag. What rig are you using for the worm? How do you avoid the bass swallowing the hook?
What part of the the lake is this at? I'm planning to go up to Temagami Lake soon.
