I've been wanting to make that recommendation for a long time. All the horns and piano a sane person could ask for. While you're at it, you absolutely HAVE TO DO Chicago's first album, first track: Introduction. Amber, after your reaction to the horns in The Logical Song, (which I've re-watched countless times), you might wanna' get a seat belt for that one. Just sayin'........

I think you guys would really enjoy "No Tell Lover", "Call on me", and "Feeling Stronger Everyday". On another note you guys already reacted to "Hard to say I'm sorry", but not "Getaway" which is attached to it, and some stations play them together. Not suggesting it for a reaction just thought you would like to hear it. Essentially the song answers whether or not his apology was accepted.

As a rule, I hate 80s Chicago, but Getaway I love. I suffer the lovey dovey drivel of Hard To Say, just to hear Getaway. To me, Chicago completely changed in 82, started mostly syrupy love songs and lost all musical meat. Even the fast songs like Along Comes a Woman did nothing for me. I started liking them again in 95, when they did a big band jazz album.

My wife has a crush on the trombonist, James Pankow, because the first time we saw Chicago live, he pointed at her and winked. I'll bet he has "girlfriends" everywhere. 😍 I think you should stay with songs from the first eleven albums for now because then you'll still be dealing with the same seven core (beginning) members of the band. I'd say go to my favorite Chicago song next, Dialogue parts 1&2 (on the same album as Saturday in the Park), except that I think you should go right back to the beginning and listen to the first song from the first album wherein they introduce themselves to the world with, Introduction. It really does clue you in to what they're all about. Then you can move on to a long, long list of fabulous tunes. Really fabulous... Love you guys. Carry on!

SPEAKING OF TIME Do you ever think about ETERNITY ? This is a very awesome way to have a platform for the Lord Jesus Christ. Eternity is coming for everyone whether you want to think about it or not. To know that you are going to be around forever. Either in Heaven with God or in Hell with Satan. God made it possible to be with him. All he asks you is to believe in his son the Lord Jesus Christs his death burial and resurrection. To cleanse you from your sins past present and future Sins took all your shame and Guilt and he died for everybody that's ever lived and when you know he died for you,,,, personally...to forgive all your sins past present and future sins and you can add nothing of your own works to add for your salvation. He will give you wonderful peace FOR EVER He has me. This is the best NEWS Ever I hope to see you in Heaven .Take care God bless you have a great day

Perhaps one day, you can listen to one of their lost 1975 hits: Harry Truman. Its sentiment is one that easily applies to today. And it's unlike anything else they've ever done ... a cross between Randy Newman and the Beatles!

I remember coming home after buying this vinyl album, putting it on the record player and cranking it. My mother coming out of the kitchen demanding that I turn that crap off. After thinking about it, Chicago’s music is not all that far from Glenn Miller or Tommy Dorsey of the late 40’s early 50’s. Chicago definitely has that nostalgic big band sound.
