A few other reactors have done "Ballet for a Girl in Buchannon", which includes 7 songs. The 5th song is "Colour My World". The first song is "Make Me Smile" (album version) and the last song is "Now More than Ever". When the "Make Me Smile" single was released, the record company added "Now More Than Ever" to the end. Do a search for the Ballet and you should be able to see other reactions. Amber, I do recommend you do the full "Ballet". You can cross off so many of the requests for "Colour My World", plus hear the way it was meant to be heard, as part of a larger composition.

I went on vacation with my parents to visit relatives in Oklahoma where my mother was born. (Fort Cobb). Met a 3rd cousin. She played the piano . I had brought the sketch scores for several Chicago songs. When I got home, Colour my World was missing. The girls really loved that song. I could only smile and was glad she had it. Ballet is where both Colour My World and Make Me Smile were cut out of to fit AM radio's 3 minute limit.

Seven songs into Chicago's mighty discography, and you're doing great. I love that you've sampled the band in both the 70s and 80s, as they truly evolved over that period. However, you've still got so much left to react to! I'd recommend "If You Leave Me Now", "Baby What a Big Surprise", "Love Me Tomorrow", "Stay the Night", "Hard Habit to Break", and "Along Comes a Woman". OR you could do more Peter Cetera, like "The Next Time I Fall" (duet with Amy Grant, a great voice), "One Good Woman", or "Restless Heart".

Amber and Jay, you need to react to the first Chicago song ,Introduction, from their first album (CTA). This song sets the table for their career. The horns, guitar and lyrics set the stage. Love watching your reactions.

Chicago is an "Elite" Band...Just like Earth Wind & Fire they have stood the test of time for decades, their music is still being enjoyed today and they are still touring & performing in 2022!!! Hey Rob Squad, would you please consider reacting to Chicago's song titled "CALL ON ME" it is from the 70's and it is a total "VIBE" with great percussion and their excellent "HORN SECTION" doing their thing which is something Amber will absolutely "LOVE!!!"

Beginnings, Questions 67 & 68, Does anyone really know what time it is, I’m a man….Terry Kath put this amazing Jazz/Rock group together & you’re listening to Danny Seraphine on drums. Colour my world is another favorite along with Saturday in the Park! Awesome group.

Can't go wrong with Chicago. Their list of accomplishments is amazing. 23 gold, 18 platinum, 8 multi platinum albums. 5 consecutive number one albums on the billboard 200, and 20 top ten singles on the billboard 100. In 1974 they had 7 albums (their entire catalog at the time) on the billboard 200 simultaneously. The original group was inducted into the Rock N' Roll Hall Of Fame in 2016. As always enjoyed your reactions.

I love Chicago, I was born in 1971 and I could remember my parents having that piece of furniture in the living room that was part cabinet part eight track player and part turntable, I remember me my brother and my sister all begging each other to put on the Chicago album and jumping around the living room with complete joy. This brings back fond memories of my childhood. Another great song by then is searching so long. Enjoy

This was one of my favorite songs when I was about 8 or 9 years old. I can remember watching Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve, waiting for Chicago to come on and play this song. I barely made it because I was a very active youngster who was exhausted by nighttime and 11:30pm or later was a tough task for me.
