Cool! Thanks for the shout out Graham! Beers sound good. That's a gaggle of stout right there!! DAMN! The cider sounds great! We have some trees that we neglected this year, because we just ran out of time... but a couple years ago we picked a ton and had them pressed at a local orchard with a 200 year old cider press. Nice job on your first HBW!!! That experiment is going to be fun, I agree after the holidays will be a good time to get it going, but in the mean time we'll get it all sorted out. Cheers to ya!!
